The two best reasons to ship anything are:
1.Incredible deep and detailed narrative themes. The parallels that seem to hit just right, the narrative foils that they can be to each other, the intricate dynamic that's both extremely complex and easily understood. The juxtaposition between something that's harsh and undoubtedly toxic, with the softer undertones, the parts where you read in-between the lines and find a mutual feeling of loneliness from both parts, their intrinsic understanding of each other comes from the mere fact that they're each others mirrored reflections and shadows. In the end both sides will be together forever, and you as an audience can clearly see their tragedy laid out before in a path that blurs pure anguish and tender romance
2.It would be so fucking funny

i’ve lowkey abandoned the original ocs for that magical girl thing, i wanna remake them from scratch, so now i’m just looking at some of my other ocs. eider and yulis interacting…………….
staring at my oc trio i have Ideas For but nowhere to put them. magical girl revamp??
#q’s white noise#in terms of pairs (necessary in this world unless i rework) eider and lianhao would kinda be fun#itd also give lian a reason why everyone sees them as a delinquent type. hanging out with local scam artist when they’re not in school#and eider’s visual inspo is skeleton. which could be really fun to mesh with lian’s mecha stuff…………#eider and lian would also be funny. because their older sister would totally hate her. and eider would want her so bad#def don’t have the full cast fleshed out yet. so not sure who i’d pair yulis with. they could also be fun with eider lol#a child a magician and a scam artist accidentally bond#actually yulis might be funnier if they’re not magic at all#funniest thing about them as a fandom oc was that they were a performing magician with no magic in a very magical world#it was a dnd based thing and i eventually made them more in line with an artificer. but going back to their roots would be cute
