plain crackers 6= 18kcal
energy drink 1¼= 125kcal
gum 3= 15kcal
½ pieces of bread= 70kcal (?)
frieds peanuts 3gram= 35kcal
i'll edit along with time, burn cals with working so i move a lot even tho not work out
total today: 263
almost hit my cals limit (300)

gum 6 pieces (10kcal/2pcs) = 30kcal
energy drink 1= 100kcal
130kcal total, idk how much i burn but surely i was move more than eat since i lost 1kg+, i won't eat anything anymore till tomorrow or maybe if i can't handle my cravings i'll just chew and spit later and gonna take a lax again before sleep, gonna do this for three days wish me luck
