How to buy a bus ticket from Daegu to Incheon Airport

Today I would like to share the information about buying a bus ticket via internet in South Korea. As in 2017, they changed the website to book a ticket from Daegu to Incheon (Limousine Bus) ==> https://www.bustago.or.kr/newweb/kr/index.do

This is the website page, You can choose English language (P.S: some Korean website, if you use in English page, sometime it is not work properly as my experience, so it’s better to use in Korean)

First BANK is depart from:.....==> when you click it 

Sencond BANK: Destination:....

Third one is Date:..... ==> 

After you put all information it would be come out like this picture below 

search your time and click on the button “죄석선택” on the right side 

Next page, it should look like picture below

Choose your seat (No. 1,2 and 3 seat is for weakness person) => Click the Dark blue button ==> Next 

Click on the blue button again “확인” and next step is the payment 

you can choose the member payment “ 회원가입” and not a member “ 비회원” for me I chose the “not a member = 비회원”

Put the information “Card No. = 카드번호” (I think only Korean card is work)

Date “month/year”

Password “first 2 number”

Your birthday (example: YYMMDD 880125)

And then click the blue button ==> 

You can get a ticket at bus station (You need to show them your card or give them your phone number) or use the internet booking machine (ONLY swipe your card and the ticket will come out) ^^

Claim insurance with Dongbu insurance

Today, I would like to share experience about claiming your hospital bill with Dongbu insutance in Daegu. 

I had a virus infection in my skin, so I went to the hospital to get a treatment and I spent like 110000 won for all the treatment.

For claiming with the insurance company, you have to prepare a necessary as below:

Claim Report (download)

Medical receipt, doctor’s prescription sheet and medication receipt

“The first examination paper” and “Medical expenses details” (if the cost is over krw100,000)

Photocopy of alien ID card and bank book

after you complete the form and then you have to send to the person in charge (For me I have insurance card that have the email address of the person in charge==> send to him)

In my case, I sent him on Friday, no reply but after 5 day, they sent me a message via Kakaotalk and phone message to notice about procedure. 

It was easy more than I thought. Hope it can help a little ^^

PhD student at Yeungnam University

After I finished Korean language course at Sunmoon University and got TOPIK 4. then I moved to Yeungnam university at the end of August 2016 to start a very serious life.

Life was very busy with FULL of stress and nothing could compared. Even I got topik 4 but I barely understand what they are saying in Korean. 

Even my professor could speak English very well but it would be very hard for her to explain to me in English. I was always feel lonely in the middle of Korean conversation (Lab meeting, Lunch team and conference). I have a thousand time thinking of “giving up” my study. It was very difficult but I have always say to myself that I have to endure with this situation and remain in this war eee.

I was too serious about thing and let’s be...

Back to my study course: I had 3 course in my majors (Cell signaling, Microbiology and Virology).

1. Cell signaling : no class only 1 report per week. But there were 8 student who registered for this course.  I kind of enjoyed this subject and actually I studied with video in youtube MOSTLY! Thank you many people who post in Youtube ee. Who said it’s nothing in youtube ^^. And sometime even I did sent a report but I did not truly understand the content. ME such a good student ...!

Finally we had 1 presentation and 1 examination I was doing good at this subject ^^

2. Microbiology: professor teach in Korean with very basic BASIC thing. I felt like he was afraid that I will not understand if he teach too much thing. I listened but not always understood or sometime I understood the wrong thing. Very TIRED. I had many thing to adapt=> social LIFE and PEOPLE.  

3. Virology: with my professor with 2 other Korean master student. They expected me to understand when they teach in Korean. AND even they know that I only learned KOREAN 1 year. AH MY GOD. IT MADE ME CRAZY...!

HOPE I COULD BE SURVIVE IN THE END OF THIS WAR ^^

Today is a Sunday, Headach with study Korean language. It’s a quiet day; sunny day for the first time of this week. I am waiting for my letter to issue a Korean VISA.

I am very excited and worry about my new life. it would be a good and tough experience. 

Anyway wish I am lucky enough ^_^
