I recently read an article about how women use the word “just” in work life and personal life more than men do because we feel we need to apologize or make whatever we have to say quick. “I’m just writing to say…” “I just want to know…” “Just checking in…”. It seems to trivialize what we have to say. 

Don’t apologize or feel you need to make little of what you are saying. Say it with intention. “I’m writing to tell you this…” “I want you to know…” “I’m checking in to make sure…" 

Since reading the article I’ve become aware of how much I was adding “just” so soften what I had to say, whether it needed to be softened or not. Say what you have to say with confidence and intent. without apology. what you have to say, no matter what it is, is important.

Hiii It's been a while since the last time I posted something 😅 The truth is that I had so much exams and homework to do that I totally forgot about Tumblr. Today I decided to start posting again but I don't think I will continue the 100 days of productivity challenge. It wasn't really working for me :(( ------- Now I am currently working in this chromatic circle. I'm not 100% satisfied with it but I don't have time to start it again. This is the 4th chromatic circle that I do because I didn't like how the other ones were turning out 😫😫😫 It's really pissing me off because I never get the colors that I want. They always turn out darker or lighter and when I try to fix it I do a bigger mess 😩 But I'm trying to stay positive because if I don't I will end up burning the drawing 😬 So, in conclusion, If someone tells you that people that study arts have no merit because everybody can paint or draw just slap them in the face for me. Thank you 😊😂😂

Hi everyone 😊😊

I’ve been a little inactive lately because I’ve spent this past week doodling and doing some sketches with my new wacom. Is the first time that I use a digital pad and it was easier that what i thought it would be 🙆🏻🙆🏻

In the first two drawings I was just messing around. One is about mrs toast (the snapchat filter) and her lover mr hunchback, and the other one is a classmate of mine surrounded by mentos (the strawberry ones are angry because i hate them 😂😂).

The second one is just a sketch. Maybe I will paint it someday but it will probably stay like this forever 😆

And the last one is my little sister with the lamb snapchat filter. I still have to finish the hair but I think it looks pretty good! It’s the first drawing that I do with a digital pad and I’m very proud of it!
