Just watching Dawko’s playthrough of Fnaf Secret of The Mimic and realizing how repetition is more than just something involved with the mimic program. It’s Edwin’s family problems. His arguments with his wife, and the loss of his son. The way he monitors his workshop an insane amount and grows territorial about his work. The way he grows to treat his employees and loses his credibility. The way Fazbear Entertainment eats away at his money, his family, and his legacy.

All of which can be trailed through the Afton and Emily histories as well. The Murray family’s tragic end didn’t stop after the events of SoTM, it just transferred to the company and the man who took his ideas. William Afton was cursed long before he began killing children. And it was all due to his own greed. Honestly, fitting for his character.
