it's the human perspective for me, in Superman 2025. like yeah, there's a 5th dimensional imp floating in the background fighting the Justice Gang, but it's merely the backdrop to this very real, very human conversation, to the two people trying to figure out their relationship. Mr. Terrific is kicking ass, and it's funny as hell, but we all sit the whole thing out with Lois, seeing and feeling what she does. it's the guy eating yogurt in the background of the fight between Superman and that Spore lookin alien thing. it's the Luthorcorp employees bickering in the middle of a fight, and you just know those two do that all the time. it's the old lady evacuating with her turtle, the woman in the car surviving a building almost crashing down on her, it's the child holding onto the flag as if the mere idea of Superman could protect him.

can't wait to rewatch the movie a million times just to see more of that.

This movie made a good effect on me, especially this part. I now stop and rethink my next action and ask myself, "Would Superman be proud of me if I do this?" If the answer is no, then I won't do it.
