In quello che tu hai fatto io non ero partecipe. Io non ero consenziente. Ero ubriaca ed i no che ho detto non sono stati neanche pochi. Ma una parte di me si da la colpa per non essere riuscita ad imporsi di più, magari non sono stata chiara io nel rifiutarti, magari me lo meritavo. Queste sono le prime voci che mi devo togliere dalla testa per superare la cosa, devo vedere la verità ed accettarla, e la verità é che io non ero consenziente. La verità é che non importa i nostri rapporti passati, io quella sera ho detto di no, quella sera hai abusato di una ragazza ubriaca che non si é messa ad urlare solo per la vergogna.

Ma la verità é anche che intanto é successo e sarà un altra cosa con la quale dovrò convivere.

Altre verità risiedono nelle persone che avevo intorno, nessuno ha saputo non dico prendere le mie parti, ma nemmeno starmi accanto. Dall'andare a dire che io lo avevo raccontato direttamente all'aggressore in questione, al non confessarmi ciò nemmeno di persona, al non chiedere se andasse tutto bene, a fare battutine sull'avvenuto.

La verità é che Bianca é manipolatrice ed interessata alla seduzione e cosa può ottenere dagli altri, sempre stata persona a parole e non a fatti. La verità é che Samuele non ha mai avuto le palle per prendere posizione, e nemmeno la coscienza o il buon cuore di scrivermi. La verità é che Lorenzo non é una bella persona, e nella migliore delle ipotesi cosa sia successo a me non gli interessi. La verità é io però ho tenuto anni questo rapporto tossico con il pezzo di merda in questione, anche quando qualcosa di simile era già avvenuto. Ed é in questa constatazione che devo cercare le radici del problema. Perché lho fatto. Era il bisogno di soddisfare e non deludere l'altro? La paura dell'abbandono? Altre cose che ancora non riesco ad individuare?

La verità é che tu mi hai abusato e hai continuato dritto con la tua vita, mentre io sto qua, a fare respiri profondi e cercare di non piangere mentre scrivo.

Un giorno magari troverò il perdono per tutti, sopratutto per me stessa, ma per il momento io vi odio con ogni fibra del mio corpo, e vi auguro ogni male.

La mia testa é così incasinata che il rumore mi toglie il sonno.

Ho provato a giocare al sopprimere.

Ma é proprio questo che probabilmente mi ha portato su una strada che ero riuscita ad evitare per anni. E mi rendo conto sia un coping mechanism, come un bicchiere di alchool per colui che era sobrio da due anni, dopo il primo sorso il sibilo delle vecchie tentazioni é un richiamo così subdolo e forte.

E uno si chiede perché non mollare tutta la strada fatta per tornare da ciò che distraeva dal peso di tutto.

Ma ho una vita davanti, cose da fare, una famiglia che mi ama e so che non posso, vorrei che non fosse tutto così difficile.

Ora man mano mi rendo conto dei segni che ciò che é successo mi ha lasciato. Non riesco a fidarmi degli altri, non so parlare con gli altri, non veramente, il contatto fisico se non mi terrorizza mi stranisce.

Ieri c'erano persone che mi hanno ricordato quell'abuso, hanno messo la musica che c'era quella sera o in generale che piaceva a lui. Poi é arrivato il buio e la casa aveva il terrazzo. Così simile a quello dove é avvenuto tutto. Era troppo per me, ma non me ne sono andata, perché l'idea di far capire questo a qualcuno o il poter essere scomoda a qualcuno mi ha paralizzato. Stavo seduta sul pavimento cercando di distrarmi da quel ricordo.

Vorrei dire di saper che fare, avere una minima idea di come rielaborare questi nuovi traumi, ma anche solo l'idea di parlarne in terapia (che ho interrotto) é troppo. Vorrei solo poter far finta di niente.

Intanto sono seduta in veranda, é mezzanotte e mezza e sto provando a sentire della musica nella speranza mi calmi
