ok you guys dont even understand, i love Anne with an E so fucking much. Season one is INCREDIBLE of course. It touches on issues that would normally be pushed away for the sake of making it kid friendly or less triggering or opinionated. Pedophilia, abuse, SA, neurodivergence, death, the female menstrual cycle, suicide, and so much much. And they managed to do all of this while keeping the setting in the late 1800s to early 1900s. There's entirely too much i could say about season two. It holds such a special place in my heart. It deals with such harder shit to deal with. Attempted suicide, LGBTQIA+, feminism, racism, pedophilia (again), and so much more that i couldn't even begin to list. Anne is truly the person everyone needs in their life. I don't know if it's confirmed but from simple observations i'm going to assume she's autistic or at least in some way neurodivergent. I adore how open minded she is and how accepting she is of everyone and everything. Diana's storyline has to be one of my favorites. She grew up in a rich conservative home, which wasn't all that unusual at the time. But with parents like that, you're going to develop the same thoughts. The minute she met Anne, she learned a sense of freedom. Still, when she found out about her aunt being queer, she didn't want to believe it. "It's not natural" were her exact words. But Anne and Cole helped her accept the fact, and she became one of the sweetest characters in the show.

About season three, i haven't watched it since my first time watching the show. But from my memory, it was just as sweet. This show holds such a special place in my heart, and it has partly shaped me as a person. I find Anne someone to look up to. She's open minded, poetic, smart, kind, accepting, and everything that makes a person REAL. I love that she is shown as a real person with flaws and outbursts, but she's still a wonderful person nonetheless. I see myself in her in so many ways, and it's comforting to see someone like me have a happy ending for once.

i really suggest you all watch the show, and even read the books. (Anne of Green Gables) It is life changing and such an emotional and entertaining series.
