A super effective drink that saved my life back and helped me lose 40lbs in a month-ish is the ACV drink, it doesn’t taste bad or good and I don’t drink it warm, I think it’s easier to drink room temp.
Ingredients:
🖤1 glass of water (8oz)
🖤2 tbsp ACV
🖤1 or 2 tbsp raw honey
🖤2 tbsp lemon juice
🖤1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Mix it together, I usually add a whole water bottle
(16 oz) because I can’t stand the taste
