before i go back to school i want to
- loose 20kg (min)
- learn to do the perfect winged eyeliner
- stoping caring so much about everyone else
- re do my room
- cut and dye my hair
- create a look book so i can look good everyday

anti-binge guide
when you feel a craving coming on:
drink a glass or two of water, slowly
have a piece of fruit, like an apple
make some warm herbal tea with natural sweetener
go for a long walk or hike, put your earphones in and clear your head - walk with a friend if you鈥檇 prefer
if you鈥檙e still craving the food, have the tiniest bit of it, no more than a bite, and have another glass of water
distractions:
watch a long movie or start a new show
study! complete homework or begin revising for exams
write down your own thinspo imagines
do some online window shopping and look at all the outfits you want to wear at a smaller size
make your own thinspo playlist
do some yoga or meditation
things to keep in mind:
you already know what your favourite foods taste like - you don鈥檛 need to eat them again in bulk
imagine the amount of progress you鈥檒l make tomorrow if you exercise self control right now
the shame and guilt that follows a binge is not worth it
the physical pain and exhaustion is not worth it
you鈥檙e not just affecting your weight, you鈥檙e affecting your overall health, your mental well-being, your skin
binging means you鈥檙e wasting your time when you could be doing something much more productive

ED Habits
- Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up
- Drink herbal tea on an empty stomach early in the morning
- Take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar with water every morning
- Go for a walk every morning
- Increase your daily steps
- Walk around when chatting on the phone
- Hand wash your car instead of going through a car wash
- Try not to stop moving
- Drink water just before every meal
- If you are sitting, get up and walk around ever 30 minutes
- Walk to work/school if possible
- Plan what you are going to eat
- Get used to declining food from other people
- Remind yourself that this is what you want
- Brush your teeth right after dinner to prevent late-night snacking
- Have an ice bath/shower every day - BUT be safe about it!
- Brush your teeth after every meal
- If you are stressed or upset, work out - It will become a coping mechanism
- Have a cup of ginger or green tea every night
- Make to-do lists ever morning to keep yourself motivated and busy
- Clean whenever you can. It burns calories, keeps your mind off food, and is really good for your mental state
- Workout while watching tv. After a while you鈥檒l feel the urge to work out whenever the tv is on.
- Go to bed earlier so you have less time to snack
- Take measurements once a week聽

just realised that i鈥檝e lost 12.1kg since my first post!! and that鈥檚 before i started fasting and only eating dinner i haven鈥檛 weighed myself in almost a week so i鈥檓 gonna weigh myself tomorrow and start doing weekly weigh ins :)))

the ana kit keep these with you at all times :
Calculator for counting calories consumed and burned. Lip gloss and other makeup. A distraction, plus when you wear perfectly applied lipgloss you won鈥檛 want to eat and mess it up! Mini-toothbrush and/or teeth whitener. If lipgloss isn鈥檛 enough, brush your teeth! Then you really won鈥檛 want to eat. Music player. Keep an Ana CD or playlist with you to listen to to keep you on track Gum. Best food substitute. Keep multiple flavors, mint to kill appetite, fruit for sweets cravings. Book or magazine. Another distraction to keep your mind off food. Try an ana-related book or a magazine with lots of skinny models. Anything that holds your interest will work though. Food notebook and pen: Write down everything you eat when you eat it!

little bit about me
hi im a teenager who has struggled with anorexia and bullima for most of my life, my lowest weight was 46kg (101pounds) which was two years ago im currently 78kg (171 pounds) which is not okay in any way, my goal during quarantine is to loose 38kg (83 pounds) and get to my first goal weight of 40kg (88 pounds)
