Silas turned his head to the blonde, raising an eyebrow at her and her question. “Who is that?” he asked and furrowed his eyebrows. What was this young woman speaking of? His eyes landed on the book she carried before looking to her.
most would find it relaxing, sitting down with a book and a steaming cup of coffee, but for mary-alice the experience had been ruined. hurriedly flipping through the pages of harry potter and the order of the phoenix, she only looked up to try and grab a poor passerby’s attention. “ hey, someone told me that sirius black dies. is that true ? ” she was too anxious about it to consider that they hadn’t read the book.

Vicki heard a voice — of course she did, she still didn’t quite have a handle on her vampire senses, which was sort of driving her crazy — and turned around. Immediately her mouth fell open and she took a step back, fear visible in the stricken expression on her face. “Stay the fuck away from me,” she snapped, “You and your freaky brother or I swear to god I will go all Kill Bill on both of your asses.” Maybe not the most convincing threat coming from a petite girl who may as well have been cowering in fear, but Vicki would be damned if that stopped her from telling off the hot, but shady as hell Salvatore brothers.
At first, Silas was profoundly appalled by the way the brunette was speaking to him. He squinted his emerald eyes and angled his head just slightly. However, he let her go on. Perhaps she would divulge information and the warlock was not one to interrupt people while they spoke. Not because it was rude but because some people spoke too much and spilled the beans without really thinking. Freaky brother? And then it hit him. She was talking about his distant nephew, Damon. “Cool it, Black Mamba.” Silas dismissed her threat with a wave of his hand. “You and what army?” he taunted, whipping his head and scanning their surroundings before turning his attention back to her. “Now, refresh my mind and tell me what exactly did my freaky brother and I did to you. We’ve done so any horrifying things, it’s hard to keep track.” he smirked, a juxtaposition of the words that had come from his lips. “It’s kind of our thing.”

Silas walked the streets of New Orleans with confidence and ease. He looked fondly upon his surroundings, stopping to take a deep breath. The fresh, cool air as opposed to the fiery pits of Hell. “This venue is way better than the last one.” he commented as a smirk decorated his features. He referred to Mystic Falls. “At least this city isn’t a complete bore.”
