Streber x Kevin Poly HCs

It was a late and rainy night and you needed shelter, and the only place that was nearby and open was the candy shop.

You walked in and started a conversation with the dude who worked there, mostly just small talk about the weather but he seemed tired and stressed out.

You asked him his name and he told you it was Kevin. Noticing his stress, you asked if he was alright.

“Never better.” He responded in a sarcastic tone. You sighed, asking if there was anything he could help with. He pondered for a moment, and said there were some boxes in the back he needed help moving.

You gladly helped him with his job, it was the least you could really do.

He thanked you for your help, and you stayed with him a bit to pass the time. You kind of got to know him a little bit, and you two got along well.

When the rain calmed down, you finally said goodbye and left him. You did think he was pretty cool and chill, you wouldn’t mind going to see him again.

So a week later you found yourself on another late night walking around town, bored out of your mind.

You saw the candy club again and decided to say hello to Kevin, maybe it’d make his day.

So you walked in and he greeted you, seemingly bored out of his mind.

You striked up a conversation with him just like last time, keeping him company. He seemed to enjoy it.

After a few weeks of coming over and just hanging out in his company, you started to get closer and closer. You could call yourself pretty good friends at this point, you swing by the candy shop about twice a week or so.

One day you got fired from your job due to the place you worked at ended up shutting down, so you were desperate for another one. You then had an idea, you could call up Kevin and see if they were hiring. You didn’t really have anywhere else to go, so you went to candy club and got a job.

It wasn’t so bad, you got to work with one of your friends, plus he seemed to really enjoy your company so it was a win-win.

One day someone walked in, a shorter looking person with dark hair and an alternative clothing style. He greeted Kevin by his name, so you assumed they knew each other.

Kevin greeted the man back, who’s name was apparently “Streber”, and they had a quick conversation you weren’t listening to.

Streber said goodbye and gave him a quick kiss, which caught you by surprise, you didn’t know Kevin was dating anyone.

You asked him about who he was, and Kevin said it was his boyfriend. They’d been dating for about a year and Kevin continued to ramble on about him. You weren’t listening to most of what he said, but you thought he sounded nice.

Asking Kevin if you all could hang out someday for fun, Kevin replied enthusiastically with a yes, you two were pretty close friends so he was decently trusting of you.

So one day you, Kevin, and Streber, decided to just go to a restaurant and hang out for a little bit. You were basically a third wheel to the pair, but you really didn’t mind.

The time you spent with them was fun, and you got to know Streber more as a friend. You even got his number so you could talk more, and Streber seemed to like you a lot.

Kevin liked how you and Streber got along, so he asked if you would want to hang out again with him and Streber. Of course you said yes, they were your closest friends at this point (and maybe your only.)

You three always talked everyday, almost every second occupied with them. You were like the golden trio. You had to say, deep down, you were kind of developing some small feelings for both of them. You would never say that to anyone, but you had to admit to yourself, you were.

It didn’t help that Streber was so touchy, or that Kevin was so cute. You wanted them both to yourself.

And over time, you found your tiny crush growing into an obsession. Oh boy.

You had fallen for both of them pretty hard, you could admit, but you didn’t know what to do with your feelings. You didn’t want to ruin their relationship or their image of you, of course not!

Meanwhile with Kevin, his feelings for you were growing, too. And he was too scared to admit his feelings to anyone, either, so he had to keep his thoughts safe. He loved his boyfriend, he really did, but he also liked you too.

Streber was also developing the same feelings for you. Though he may not have known you as long as Kevin did, he fell for you quite fast. He’s not always comfortable enough around someone to be so touchy with them, except Kevin, so when he found comfort in being around you just like he was with his boyfriend, he could tell that he was probably falling for you.

The couple didn’t know how to explain this to each other, they didn’t want to ruin their own relationship, but they were torn between you and the other. Of course they had no idea they both liked you and you liked them back, but Streber eventually found the courage to talk to Kevin about it.

Kevin was his boyfriend, of course he would be supportive about it! He always was, so was there much to be worried about?

(A/N: I kinda made a tiny little confession drabble right here, don’t mind me…)

“Hey, Kev? I need to talk to you about something.” Streber’s voice appeared from the doorway of their shared bedroom, where Kevin was.

“Sure, what’s up?” Kevin leaned back in his seat, a slight smirk on his face.

Streber sighed and sat on the edge of the bed. “I feel like theres something thats been going on and I need to tell you… promise to be understanding?” Kevin nodded, a little worried about where this was going. “Of course, what’s on your mind?”

“I’ll just say it…I think I’m falling in love with y/n. Well, I don’t know, I love you but I also love them at the same time, and I want be with both of you…” Kevin was in shock. He didn’t know how to react to this information, but inside he was happy to know that Streber felt the same way he did.

“Streber…I think I feel the same way you do. I think I’m falling in love with y/n the same way you are, but of course I still love you too.” “Really?” Streber had stars in his eyes. “Yes, really! I love you both.”

Streber was overcome with joy, he tackled Kevin into a snuggle attack while they ranted positively about the three of you all night long.

Now that they knew how each other felt, they were confident enough to try and confess to you. Kevin would actually be more shy about it, when Streber would be more enthusiastic and confident about it.

So one day, you were invited by Kevin and Streber to watch a movie and have a sleepover at their house. It might’ve been a thing for kids, but who cared, you were all having fun.

Streber and Kevin were caught up in a snuggle pile on the couch, while you sat on the floor before them. You admitted you kind of wanted to join their cozy snuggle pile, but you didn’t wanna be weird, so you just sat on the floor.

After the movie, they told you they invited you over to tell you something important.

(A/N: Another drabble because I want to 😌 this one’s longer so prepare yourself.)

The screen in front of you faded to black, (I love that song!) as the movie ended. “Man, that movie was pretty good.” Streber commented. “What did I just watch?” Kevin had a horrified look on his face. “Uh, a horror movie.” You replied playfully. “I know that, but Jesus, that was pretty gorey.” “Well duh, that’s the whole point of horror movies, silly!” Streber said.

Kevin smirked at his playful comment, but his smile dropped and blush was brought to his face as if he just remembered something. He leaned into Streber’s ear and whispered something, and Streber whisper-yelled “Ohh, right!” You had no idea what they were saying, but you didn’t wanna waddle into their business.

“Uhm, hey y/n?” Kevin asked. “Hmm?” “U-Uh, we need to talk to you about something, can you come sit up here for a moment?” Kevin asked. Whenever someone says that they need to talk to you, you always know it might be bad. “Oh, yeah, sure.” You prepared yourself for the worst as you sat up on the couch next to Streber, who was sitting next to Kevin.

“Hey, so, we just wanna tell you something, can you try to be understanding and on the same level as us? We understand if you respond negatively, but there’s just something we need to tell you.” Streber disclosed. You were starting to get really nervous about what they were going to say. “Okay, just spit it out please.” Streber took a deep breath, and blurted it out.

“Me and Kevin have been developing a crush on you, we both love you and each other.” Wow, ok. Not what you were expecting but it was better news than what you were thinking of. “Damn guys, did you really have to make it sound like you were about to confess to a murder? Jokes aside, I feel the same way about you two. I’ve been torn between you for awhile now, and I love you both back..”

Streber gasped in surprise. “Really!?” He squealed. “Yeah, really.” You smiled softly as he pulled you into a tight hug. Kevin sighed from relief. “Thank god.” He joined your group hug and you three snuggled the whole night in their bed.

It was safe to say you were dating the two now, in love with them both. Everyday you guys would talk, and when you got comfortable enough to move in with them, they would both be over ecstatic.

Kevin is the more shy one when it comes to any form of affection, he loves it but it’s just so awkward and he doesn’t know how to initiate it. His receiving love language is words of affirmation, he loves hearing you utter the words “I love you” in his ear. It makes him feel truly cared for. His giving love language is quality time.

Streber is definitely more outgoing and touchy, he’s very comfortable with PDA. He always loves being around you. His receiving love language would be gifting, and his giving love language would be physical affection.

Cuddle piles are a thing. Sometimes you guys just have a lazy morning where you all lay in a cluster of love.

I headcanon Streber as pretty short, so maybe like, 5’3-5’5 and Kevin as 5’8. Streber is most definitely a little spoon and Kevin a big spoon. Streber likes the comfort of being in the middle of you and Kevin though, while you two wrap your arms around him and keep him warm.

The only thing that Kevin likes about his job is that your there with him, it gives him comfort that he’s not always alone.

If you and Streber find yourself home alone for any reason, he’ll bug you in a loving way. If you ask him to stop, he always will. Most of the time you are both home alone, your both cuddling together.

If it’s the other way around and Streber isn’t home, Kevin likes to spend his time with you watching a movie or just watching you do your thing. If you want to cuddle he’s always up for it, but will almost never ask you. He just likes spending time with you, even if your not in the same room.

You three always love going out, whether it be going to a restaurant or a walk in the park, quality time together is always appreciated.

Sometimes Streber will ask if he should do something stupid and Kevin will always discourage it. You probably encourage the stupid idea and it almost happens.

For example, you guys are walking over a bridge and Streber says “Man, wouldn’t it suck if I jumped off of here right now.” “Streber, no.” Kevin groans, having to control his two gremlins. “I bet you won’t do it.” You remark.

That is actually probably your relationship dynamic lmao, see image below:

Kevin is the more protective one in the relationship. While Streber is the friendlier and more outgoing person, Kevin is like the guard dog. He might be a little overprotective but he wants to keep you two safe.

Someones staring at you or Streber a little too much? He’s glaring daggers. Someone gets a little too touchy? He’s gonna kindly put his arm around your shoulder and scoot you away.

Though he may try to be intimidating, I don’t think he could barely take a punch. Would never win in a fist fight.

Streber is more of a cat person while Kevin is a dog person.

Streber sends you random videos he finds funny. It could be a random TikTok of someone falling off a building or a fish meme, you never know 💀

Streber is literally just so kind and cute on the outside, but really he wants to wreak havoc upon the world.

Kevin is the dude who just doesn’t gaf anymore. On the outside at least, he’s more caring and protective when you get to know him.

I might make more hcs of these goofballs later but this should be enough to feed y’all for now. :D

Sorry this took a little while, I just went on vacation plus I didn’t expect this to get so long. Hopefully this one was okay, I feel it could’ve been better but it was long af so hopefully you guys like it or some of it makes sense.

Also if your confused about what song I was talking about when I was writing the second drabble, it’s called Fade To Black by Metallica. It used to be my favourite song for awhile but now it’s One. I’m a super duper huge Metallica fan, so I had to throw that in!
