Alright. I'm waiting at the doctors (like everyone does, maybe tomorrow I'll finally have my appointment but I digress) This older lady (maybe in her 50s) is reading a rather large book. I am curious but just ignore it and check my facebook to learn how much I don't care about what people are doing (as they take selfies)  She is called back and I happen to glance (or seek out which ever you see fit) at the spine of the book. In b-e-a-utiful gold letters, it reads Eldest. I am fangirling so much on the inside! I almost jumped up, ran to her and be like "And I love you random citizen!"

Emptiness

I lay here and try to not think but my brain takes over. I try to draw tears to fill me up but they don't come.. Instead I lie here as empty and hallow as a bottomless pit with no chance of crawling out. The pain grows only inside for I do not show the world my true feelings. But many say eyes are the windows to the soul. So look closer and you will see the real me.
