Radahn going through multiple swords throughout his life makes complete sense, probably having also broken several rather than just having outgrown them.

But can we just take a few seconds to imagine how many armour sets he must have also burned through and also who had to forge them? Making an armour fit for a warlord such as him would certainly be a significantly more complicated and demanding task than forging his swords, but having to do it multiple times in increasingly bigger sizes? There must have been a whole subfaction of the Redmane army whose sole purpose was to design and smith Radahn's armour specifically, probably forging multiple sets at a time in anticipation of his further growth. After all, if the need arose for a new set, it was probably better to have one ready and waiting for him.

Considering the awesome growth spurt we theorize Radahn received during the Shattering, who's to say they didn't have one in reserve or at least in production which might've fit their General had he continued to grow to the size of actual giants? _____ I am going to publish this as an ask as it is not written in the format for a headcanon and is a direct response to a headcanon.
