I wonder why Te Fiti didn't use her powers to fix Hei Hei's brain.
te fiti's powers are more nature based than anything else, seeing as she's referred to as the mother island, so it's highly unlikely that she could've done anything for hei hei.
plus, if we're to consider how te fiti takes inspiration from polynesian deities, they also don't really do any "miracles" like that, at least from my own recollection. though anyone that knows more about polynesian mythology can gladly correct me.
so that's why hei hei is still his lovable, clueless self.
