Trip update! ✅1,110 miles done! ⛺️camped in Great Basin National Park, at Wheeler Peak Campground, Baker, NV Made it to Moab, Utah Our bodies are doing ok. We really need to add some sort of cruise control to our Ducati Scramblers! (I have a cramp buster) The wind has been crazy! Overall enjoying & learning every second! Today going to view Arches national park and Canyonlands National Park. Tomorrow we leave for Monument Valley then staying in Lake Powell! Melinda (@changecatalysts ) & I are starting day 3 of a 9 day, 2,300+ mile adventure from San Francisco to Utah to Arches National Park, then to Monument Valley, then cross over to Zion National park, after that ride down to Las Vegas. After Vegas we pass through Death Valley up to Mammoth, Yosemite. When the adventure calls! Looking back at mods from the Bay Area Desmo Owners @_badoc Club annual Multi-Mayhem Yosemite Ride a couple of weekends ago. Going to make some adjustments for @changecatalysts and I upcoming trip post @techinclusion conference next week. Going to replace my custom windshield I made with a thinner lower one to remove the black line and buffering from the taller one. I’m going to add my 2nd @piaa_usa yellow fog light back and replace the bulb with an xtreme white one. I don’t play, when it comes to riding in the dark and desert. Been there, done that. And I’m going to mount my @rotopaxofficial gas can to my rear rack and put my @velomacchi bag on top. The @ridekriega OS platform bags straps works better when not trying to layer on top the rotopax. Plus the will move some of the weight to the rear vs the sides. Every trip is a learning lesson and I’ll get it right eventually. Plus preparing for our first #motocamping adventure!
