When Leo turned his face back to him Plex pursed his lips, raising an eyebrow as he stared at him. "I ain't a big lame baby you're a-" He paused and yawned, quickly rubbing at his eyes to expel the tears that had built up on his eyelashes. "A big lame baby."

Now he was getting tired. It wasn't as if sleeping away half the day was enough, now that he was in the company of someone else he just wanted to fall asleep again. He yawned again as if to further his own point and laughed a little. "Sorry. I totally just yawned in your face didn't I."

He was getting sort of cold now, noticing that the peachy sunset sky had turned dark. How many hours had they been sitting there? Who knew.

"But I'm glad you're not lonely!" The boy blinked happily back at Leo, looking him in the eye as he did so. "Being lonely sucks, I know that much. I got pretty sick of talking to myself too, so having someone to speak to is pretty nice."

With a yawn he turned his gaze back to Leo, seeming content. "I mean I've been wanderin around on my own for a while now. I came to terms with the fact I'm six feet under ages ago. It's all good. And now I have people actually around so I'm not about to start complaining."

"And pfft, what's the point in the whole slow and steady thing? I like living in the moment! Or..existing in the moment, y'know. I mean we know for a fact you can die at any moment so." To which he shrugged. "Nah I haven't tried making any deals yet. I did try to convince the body guardian to fistfight with me but that didn't get anywhere." Plexer replied, flashing the other a grin as he spoke. "I might think about making bets though. That sounds like fun."

Plex grinned, blinking and glancing at the sudden hand holding going on. Man this guy was affectionate wasn't he? That was cool, he liked that. "I didn't mean to worry you or anything. I dunno what happened, myself! I doubt it'll happen again though. Promise." He nodded then, chuckling a little as he relaxed back against the stone wall.

"Yeah? What's up?" Plex asked, sounding cheerful and happy as if nothing had even happened. Because really, nothing had. He'd reacted strangely and even he didn't have a response for it. 

He made a point of leaning over and awkwardly hugging Leo with an arm, not feeling as bad as he had the first time it had happened. In fact, he felt totally fine.

What the hell was that? He had no idea why he'd reacted like that, and the confusion was just making him feel worse. More importantly, had Leo notice how he'd reacted? He hoped he didn't.

When he looked up again Leo was frowning, and the half smile on his lips instantly disappeared. Had he upset him? He hoped not. Plex opened his mouth to ask him what was wrong but, a moment later, his new friend revealed his other eye.

For a second he sat there, his expression giving nothing away as he took everything in. Then he grinned and nodded, as if in approval. "Nope, you still look normal enough to me. But hell that's cool I wish my eyes could do that! That's neat, dude! I like it!"

Really, Plex thought he was great. Out of everyone he seemed to be the only guy not totally off his rocker, but he seemed like he knew enough to have been here longer than him. For a moment he wondered just why he was here but he pushed it out of mind, thinking himself rude if he asked.

When he heard Leo's voice Plexer perked up, flashing him an excited grin from his seat up against the wall, squirming to go and meet him with all the joy of a puppy.

"Hey! Woah you look totally different to how I expected you too but uh hey welcome to my temporary crib I hope it's not too cramped in here."
