What happens after death?
We all have wondered about this. This question can cause so much fear and existential crisis. Even I have a theory that all religions are coping mechanisms for death. However, researching various amount of religions, Buddhism has stood out to me. Let me explain. So my knowledge is that our atoms are being held together by a force of energy. (The brain has 44 watts) and that's our energy. If we lose our physical form, how would we communicate with each other? Just feel. Love, hate, whatever your energy is giving off, if we didn’t have this physical form we would still feel each other. Moving forward, since this is the physical form we chose we can do so many things. For example, our brain picks up other active energies around it, and it creates the illusion of vision.
That being said, what happens after we die? There is a complicated way of explaining it, but let me simplify it. Apparently, after the reason of your death, you may lay there, still conscious, obviously slowly fading,But after completely disconnecting from your body and consciousness you just start seeing a lot of hallucinations or lights, and you slowly become a floating energy. Although being unable to form thoughts, or have an internal monologue, you can still feel, the love being released from the grief of your peers, family, and maybe anyone you ever knew. After feeling all the sadness, inevitably, your life starts flashing with all core memories. Lastly, you get to choose whether to stay on Earth or to go somewhere bigger. Many people Like this world too much to leave. If you decide to stay, you can travel through any source of light to get wherever you need to. However, you must find a love process to reincarnate.

“The only reason anybody suffers is because of the clinging of their mind.”
As Ram Dass once said, “I’ve fallen in love with the universe, but thats too hard to talk about” When you first hear these words, you may wonder “what does he mean its too hard to talk about?” Well let me elaborate. Ram Dass was an American spiritual teacher, psychologist, and guru. A guru is person who has in depth knowledge and answers to what humans are always curious about. Anyways Its actually quite simple what he is trying to say.
In my intro article, i had mentioned the way People suppress their emotions because of the nationwide isolation and tragedies that we have experienced. We have collectively decided to focus on things that only benefit us in order to try and mentally block out anything that has happened to us, or ignore the corruption that is happening around us. Where has our empathy gone? Well we have empathy thats the thing.
We have to learn the way our body works. Its beautiful how our body communicates within itself. In particular, our heart has no boundaries to giving an unconditional amount of love, or just giving in general. However, our mind knows the boundaries, and because our culture has normalized ignorance and trauma blocking, our hearts cant have sympathy and empathy the way they are supposed to because it was trained to trauma block by the brain due to the amount of the negative things in todays society.
