For some reason, I fully zoned out and didn't register "Lin Beifong wtf pose" until after I'd drawn a Jasnah so... bonus, this prompt gets 2 drawings lol.

i was already going to ignore the whole "shallan doesn't take the kholin name" wob. but since it's going to be canon that she does in fact take it, i'm making it my headcanon that shallan decides on her own to take it on before dalinar and navani approach her about it.

she discussed it with adolin, she considers him more family than her brothers, and she wants to share the family name with the children they may eventually have. it had nothing to do with being a part of the line of succession.

but when approached about taking on the kholin name formally, she is touched all the same.
