Vent,, CW; illness, vomit and dog death

im so fucking worried about my dog.

I've had him for over 5 years and he's been nothing but joyous and wonderful and so damn energetic.

Last Monday he started being iffy about food. We took him to the vet that Thursday and got him a different brand on Wednesday. Since last Monday, he's been uninterested in food off and on... Skipping meals, only eating a small amount,,,

He ate decent on Wednesday and then flat out refused on Thursday-- he threw up Thursday night and my parents went out to get him indigestion medicine. Brother said it was foamy and clear,,,

He threw up again this morning. It was dark brown, smelled like garbage, and liquid. He's refused to eat all day. He's been restless and uncomfortable and looks so blah.

He's barely getting up unless we urge him too.. probably good that he doesn't waste his energy but he. Barely has any

Mom says he's always on eleven. So, uh. He's been on 2(it'd be generous to say three). He usually greets us in the morning by yipping and slamming his tail against his crate. This morning, he laid there and barely wagged it.

I tried to get him amped up. It's not fucking working. We tried switching food. It didn't fucking work. The vet tested for stuff and it all came back negative. Mom'a fixing him a bone marrow broth to give him something on his stomach. Now he's not drinking all of his water. His nose is dry

He hasn't eaten all day today or yesterday. He's losing weight. I've already lost so much in this past year. J can't fucking lose him too. I don't know if he's going to survive or not. And if we have to put him down I. Don't know what I'll do with myself. I don't know what caused this. I don't know if it's my fault or if he just got sick all on his own. I don't know if he's going to get better. I'm. So scared

ahh yeah, I wasn't too sure! I went back and forth on it for a while after sending in the ask. Managed to get better photos since then. We're calling him Stomper!

we think he was someone's came who's been left outside for a long time. Suuuper affectionate and friendly, he lets you hold him and purrs it you tap him

This random cat followed my Grampy home today

At first I thought he was a blue classic tabby bicolor because of his face, but then I noticed the contrast on his tail. Double checking, he had mackerel markings.

I think he's a blue smoke bicolor instead!

Eh, i'm sorry to disappoint, but i do think he has real agouti markings on his face, and don't see any white undercoat (although that one, i'm willing to accept it just doesn't come across on photo), so i'm still betting regular blue tabby, sorry. He seems to be longhair too, which tends to obscure the pattern anyway.

Not that there's anything wrong with a regular blue tabby, our own cat is a dark longhair blue mackerel tabby bicolor

How's your Minecraft Warrior cats au story? Is it going good? :3

It's going great!! Season 2 part 1 was hosted a few days ago. Oats woke up in season 2 believing he was dreaming-- until he counted his toes! Not a dream. He had a panic attack, ran, and came across someone he killed in season 1-- they didn't remember him at ALL, so it turns out only he retained his season 1 memories.

Later on, he got into a team and relived some trauma!!! Mina asked him if he wanted to play a game so they moved to the back of the base, where they betrayed him-- they were offered a bounty(an extra life) if they killed him. Another teammate, Blubbersnoot, felt horrible. 💚->💛

Oats and Blubbersnoot trauma dumped. Before Oats could properly reveal everything, the rest of the team came back from a mining trip! Oats and Tides went outside to gather food and came across a cat named The Cameraman looking for a new team.

Tide and Oats took The Cameraman back and found cats just KEPT SHOWING UP at their base, so they packed up and moved. They are now building a small castle in a birch forest and right as Oats was about to explain the first season to Blubbersnoot session 1 ended on a cliffhanger too! So. Yrah.
