∆We Da Diaspora∆ Cosmo Talk with Opoku Albert!

Recently I conversed with african artist Opoku Albert born and raised in Kumasi , Ghana as an only child to a beautiful Ghanian Mother and Father. Opoku's art which I consider spiritual healing. He uses vibrant warm colors, and magically creates a cultural experience for the African. His art is well known, highly appreciated and loved all over the motherland. He has traveled to Togo ,Nigeria , Benin, Male , and Accra Ghana sharing his incredible creations , displaying his artwork in various art exhibition's. He spends his days in Kumasi town painting custom portraits and paintings for local customers and businesses. MEECHEB - So Opoku people put titles on art As if it's an object or a rule.. What is art ? OPOKU - Queen you know art move all over the world . sometimes arts speak to the people like the way we see things. Art is an culture it tells personal stories like the market areas ,our everyday farming for food .I see our women walking everyday with pots to fetch water. That is my inspiration .Art gives us strength and more knowledge also understanding. My art talks about our history in Ghana not only in Kumasi it goes to everyone african and back in our roots.
