Rigi West
Wanted to improve the route from the day before yesterday. This way is much easier, even at dawn, and with a beautiful view direction south. The landscape around this hill in Weggis looked a bit surreal. But here we are.

A steeper variation of my Küssnacht Weggis Route up to the Gletscherspur not via Seebodenalp. Due to rain, fog, mud and darkness a bit slower on the upper way. Finish again at the throne in Weggis.

Cherry Blossom
Today I wanted to find out wheather there is a direct way from Gadmenhof to Rigi. It is not, but leading to Küssnacht. Very beautiful due to cherry blossom time. From Küssnacht I went my familiar route up to Seebodenalp, and on the "first floor" to Immensee. From there in the dark to Arth. With that piece I finished the route along the Lake of Zug. And maybe someday I tagged the whole Kanton of Schwyz. Somehow it looks like that. Don't know exactely why. At the finish they played Sierra Madre.

Rigi North
I liked the route from Udigenswil to Immensee. Many pittoresque soft hills. The approach to Rigi from the north is much steeper, than from the other directions. Due to the dark and unknow route, I stopped at a hill near Immensee, with a beautiful view over the lake of Zug. Thats the view from the wonderful garden of Rigi Royal.

Heatmap
Rain, rain, rain, so not many elevations today. Did not know this route along the Lake of Zug. Quite muddy, many rocks and tree roots, but liked it. Later I finally made it through the "Hohle Gasse", which I found less interesting. Loving this heatmap of my runs I found yesterday.

Seehof
Had luck with the weather, it stopped raining. Liked this Photo at Seehof. Looked a bit like my limbo dance under the fence, were I burned my nose four days ago and the cover of the Hotel Newspaper with the ironical cover of the housewife of the 50s. Outside they were walking around with ghettoblasters playing "Electric Avenue". Der ganz normale Wahnsinn.

Around the corner (Strava)
Fell asleep sometimes, probably due to the mild spring temperatures. Managed it finally to make a photo of Alpruodisegg. Not the best one, but it is always looking different anyway. Downhill Iwas running in the dark against an electric fence, with my nose,. No clue how I managed that. Felt a bit like under drugs, so the rest of the route was more pleasant than usual.

COOP
Wonderful run from COOP Löwenplatz to COOP Megastore Pilatusmarkt (http://www.pilatusmarkt.ch). One of their campaigns is Miini Region, promoting food from local farmers. An autobiographic memory campaign (http://www.werbewoche.ch/ksp-kampagne-fuer-miini-region-von-coop). Registered with Strava to see how they can improve my personal and community data. So maybe COOP ond other companies can optimize the exploring behavior of other clients with it. Wonderful run, first along the pedestrian area up to Chateau Gütsch, Sonnenberg, down to Renggloch, up to Lehn, Neualp, Krienseregg and amazing Himmelrich, with the stairs down to Pilatusmarkt. At the finish they played Streets of my Hometown.

Regatta
The Rotsee Route is of course much nicer, than the one along the street I run in February. http://www.naturarena.ch/naturarena. At the moment they are preparing for the Lucerne Regatta: http://www.lucerneregatta.com. The Lounge at Hirschen is cosy.

Rope Park
Today a bit more relaxed. Had a look at the Rigi Rope Park. Rather the forrest and meadow option, compared to Fräkmüntegg on the other side, which is a bit more alpine.

Looks like a good training area for extreme runs. Was missing this equipment in the studios in my preparation phase.

Cooles Biketrail
