Interesting 1860 church conversion in Selma, Nova Scotia, CA. Yes, the cemetery does convey. 3bds, 1ba, 3,775 sq ft, C$525,000.
Yes, it's very white, but they made it very cheerful inside.
You step up to the main living area from the foyer. So spacious.
Look at how cleverly they worked the former altar in with big windows for a great view of the cemetery.
This corner would make a great art studio b/c of all the natural light and storage.
The building must've been in rough shape when they bought it, so I love how they left some of the wear and tear.
They put up modern sliding doors.
Kitchen and family room is in the basement.
Plenty space for dining.
Big kitchen with loads of cabinets for storage.
They used very colorful furnishings to offset the white walls, which is a great technique. I hate when they have white walls and bland, white, beige or gray furnishings. Look at how convenient the laundry area is, too.
Private area for the bedrooms.
The primary bedroom is lovely.
Nice secondary bedroom for children.
Love the shower.
This looks like a small recording studio.
Very old cemetery, I suppose that the owner would have to maintain the lawn.
Lovely garden area.
On the side of the home there's a fenced yard and a deck.
Property measures .46 acre.

"haunted wasp nest" made of paper cups, with a few "floating/falling out" (suspended with strands of my hair, because it's more invisible than thread, and I don't know where to buy fishing wire)
