Not going to lie. I had a bit too much to drink at the thing I went to the other night. Still not at 100% but anyways, that is why my activity on all of my accounts is so low.

Kit had been out of Briarcliff for all of a week. Sure, he had thought of running away given the idea of what people saw him as but maybe the heat had died down. Most of the town was focused on other events that had been going on and Kit only hoped he could go through town unnoticed as he gathered things for his small cottage home in the woods where he and Alma had once been living and Grace now resided.

                          “Uh--sorry ‘ere miss..”

Kit spoke as he ran into somebody at the local grocery store attempting to keep his face low and as hidden behind his short locks of hair as he could. The last thing that he needed was a witch hunt through town for him that ended in his house getting burned down for being a lady killer as the news had so kindly called him.

Kit spoke, growing more frustrated by the customers that came to his little gas station he worked at as a mechanic and an attendant during the day to make end’s meat. The shop sign clearly stated that they had closed at eight which was well over a half an hour ago. Walking out from the back he grabbed a wrench in case it was Billy and his boys there to cause trouble once again. ‘There Goes My Baby’ by the Drifters blasted from the small radio he had up on his shelf in the office where he had been.

“That’s crazy--everybody requires payment of some kind for doin’ a job otherwise it’s called slavery and I ain’t about that..”

He stated looking at the woman. She seemed genuine enough in her actions but why did he have his own personal maid for the house? He hadn’t remembered reading anything about it in the listing for the house. Still, he motioned for her to join him inside in the kitchen and looked back at her.

“Pleasure is all mine, Mrs. O’Harer’ and please,

                     Just call me Kit. Mr. Walker was an asshole.”

He stated with a warm smile, looking at the red head.

       “ I don’t require payment, I’d be more than happy

             to offer my services for free. “

A smile raises on her lips upon hearing his accent, and she makes her way inside. Moira’s already somewhat concerned for him…he seems like a nice fellow, and she knows he’s more than likely unable to  comprehend the horrors that lie within this house’s walls.

         “ I was the maid for the past owners…              I know this home in and out, and I’d            be happy to help you care for it. “

         “ My name’s Moira O’Hara…              it’s nice to meet you, Mr. Walker. “
