You
This morning i sat in the corner of my room had cup of coffee was thinking about you.  you came to my life like meteor hit the earth, broke every wall which stand still and put the big hole on the land. each day since day i met you, i keep telling myself that you are totally not person who can i be with. all coincidence happened after that like giving me more reason to unlike you. But its useless, i still wonder what feeling is it. there was like a war inside my head.
then i decided to sit and keep silence in mind to hear louder whats going on actually with me. i sat, breath, closed my eyes for awhile than now i realise whats happened lately. could you accept it that every single answer that you are looking for actually available for long time inside you?

Let Go
Do you realise that you give anybody privilege right to affect your life by not let go ? remember what you could get by learned about gautama, we should do something to cut down our craving for things or people. when problem hit into our face , the pain still there but your suffer already dismissed because you let it flow , the pain . you accepted that pain is part of your life and everything around you know, bad or good is only one of life puzzle. just let go , its easier !

“Life doesn’t always introduce you to the people you want to meet. Sometimes life puts you in touch with the people you need to meet – to help you, to hurt you, to leave you, to love you, and to gradually strengthen you into the person you were meant to become.”

Learn From Gautama
Gautama’s insight was that no matter what the mind experiences, it usually reacts with craving, and craving always involves dissatisfaction. When the mind experiences something vistasteful it craves to be rid of the irritation. When the mind experiences something pleasant, it craves that the pleasure will remain and will intensify. Therefore, the mind is always dissatisfied and restless. This is very clear when we experience unpleasant things, such as pain. As long as the pain continues, we are dissatisfied and do all we can to avoid it. Yet even when we experience pleasant things we are never content. We either fear that the pleasure might disappear, or we hope that it will intensify. People dream for years about finding love but are rarely satisfied when they find it. Some become anxious that their partner will leave; others feel that they have settled cheaply, and could have someone better. And we all know people who manage to do both . Great gods can send us rain, social institutens can provide justice and good health care, and lucky coincidences can turn us into millionaires, but none of them can change our basic mental pattern. Hence even the greatest kings are doomed to live in angst, constantly fleeing grief and anguish, forever chasing after greater pleasures. Gautama found that there was a way to exit this vicious circle. If, when the mind experiences something pleasant or unplesant, it simply understands things as they are, then there is no suffering. If you experience sadness without craving that the sadness go away, you continue to feel sadness but you do not suffer from it. There can actually be richness in the sadness. If you experience joy with our craving that the joy linger and intensify, you continue to feel joy without losing your peace of mind.

YOU
who is the one that could answer every single question of life ? perhaps all of us will say God who could . if we already knew it so why don't we just ask to God whenever we have some incredible question in our life ? We do not rely on God because some of our parts still doubt of His powers.
You tell me that you love your God because you are good muslim , good christian, good buddhism , good hinduism , good tao, and many things else . but why do you love your God ? only because your parents say so? only because the religion ask you to do that or you will trap in hell?
