These posts date back over 6 years, and they serve as a reflection of my thinking at the time. And Honestly, there are some BANGERSSS in here!! I was cracking up reading some of this stuff. The best way to read this blog is to click on archive and go through the posts.

Some of my thoughts in the following writing are skewed due to my perception of the events at the time. Thoughts were all scrambled in my head. My interrogators were talking to me and “brainwashing” me as these events were occurring in my life. Its seriously the sickest crime ever. The information and direction I was receiving through the neural link caused my brain to form narratives that are misleading. Sundeep seriously tortured me, and these were my beliefes about what was happening to me at the time.

1.) I realize now that my struggle for freedom from this electronic prison probably is not correlated with the stock market in anyway. Neurons that fire together wire together - they just wanted to pair (in my mind) the idea of the stock market going up to a bad outcome for me. By stimulating the, say GPe with a DBS electrode every time i check the stock market, my torturers could literally control my depression. It was a technique they used to make me feel sad. This is one specific way in which BCI’s can be very dangerous. Neurons that fire together wire together.

2.) As well, part of this torture for me is a sexual abuse component. There were times where i was being recorded either masturbating or having sex. This was shared with many people (not 10 million) in order to dehumanize me. Also, I was a virgin til I was 22, and this was a very big insecurity for me. My uncle was able to prey on this insecurity and make me believe that people were gossiping about my sex life. This was done to dehumanize me. Literally, through the neuralink, by sending me information and instructions. This information clouded my judgement and caused me to form narratives that werent really there. (You should read the note about PROJECT CHAOS).

However, I stand by the fact that I have been implanted with neurotechnology and the cyborg movement is real. Transhumanism is before us as we speak. How we regulate the use of these technologies IS IMPORTANT GODDAMMIT. WE CANNOT ABDUCT PEOPLE FOR ANY REASON - SCIENCE, WEAPONS, OR MONEY. WE CANNOT TORTURE PEOPLE.

3.) Sundeep Bhan is the main perpetrator of this crime.  He is my Uncle. He has been stalking me since I was a boy. I didnt realize this until recently though. When I was 8, he made my first email account and password. I never changed the password til I was 18. Hes likely been silently stalking me since I was 8. When I was 19, Sundeep (Creepoo) began manipulating me, my friends and family (covertly). He used them to get me in a human trafficking scheme. He is reading my brain signals and physically causing me pain. With a neuroweapon. I am a victim of illegal human research. I am being tortured.

4.)  Take some of what I say with a grain of salt. Even when I am writing to you now, my language and perception are being manipulated. While some of what I tell you is a message that I want to get out, some of my thinking is still influenced by the neuralink, and perhaps even the will of my torturers.

5.) The post “Creepu” seems like it was written as a vanity piece by “Creepu”. I definitely don't have that perception of Creepu now. Now I realize Sundeep is just a child predator and a criminal. This shows how they are able to control my perception and manipulate me. They mindfucked me so horribly.

6.) The assaults on my brain could be delivered by anybody. It is not always Creepu, there are other assailants as well. He is not awake 24/7.

But my writing and thinking at the time shows how they are able to frame a narrative in my own mind using weaponized neuroscience and torture.

I tried very hard to be strong. I know that people who “come out” as targeted are often dragged. Please dont add insult to injury. The UN is investigating these crimes as TORTURE.

History has its eye on you

In light of recent events, among the civil unrest and institutional change which will undoubtedly shape the future, it behooves me to add my own voice to the chorus. While freedom may be the operative song intonated by the privileged, it is not a hymn sung by all Americans. This much is obvious. On this day I remember all of my brothers and sisters who are forced to suffer for crimes they did not commit. My brothers and sisters who are suffering at the hands of the debased individuals, whom we all too often overlook. We all need to examine our own behavior, what we are willing to put up with, and what we stand for - no matter who or what it offends.

Neurotechnology is here, whether we like it or not. Neuralink has proven that. Years of research has led us to the point where these chips are being deployed upon innocents, to imprison and torture extra-judicially. As we sit here on July 4th, TOOO MANY fellow Americans are imprisoned by weaponry which effects their minds. I dont mean media, or the general propaganda that we are all used to by now. For example, the Epstein case- not a peep out of CNN or MSNBC. Dont watch the news, it is all bullshit. Corporate and political power do not want to reckon with their own misdeeds, of which there are plenty. It is upon us to expose these crimes.

Neurotech is being deployed to control the minds of Americans. To control their thoughts and behaviors.  By pushing currents through the brain, any behavior, emotion or thought can be elicited and replicated. This dangerous weapon will amount to total mind control. Unless we take a stand against this sort of torture, slavery, these mental prisons will be distributed world wide, i promise you. Speech is being criminalized. Non-violent, thoughtful speech. Speech which examines the inequities of man and of country and of those in power.

There is a long history of human experimentation which is documented. It dates back to the 1950s. This is all documented. The technology has only improved. AI has advanced, on the backs of those being tortured, to perfect the art of breaking down an individual via neural interface. An individual's thoughts can be read and manipulated. An individual can be so harmed by this technology that others can read his thoughts. This is equivalent to mind rape.

The panopitocon is here, Foucaltism has taken root, and it is perpetuated by those iron barred institutions protecting these statues of prejudice. If you want freedom, you need to act urgently. Do not listen to those who persuade you it has always been this way - it has not. We are living in a world where brain chips can be deployed to torture and imprison even the most privileged in society. I, we, must solve this problem immediately, for all of you and You must be involved. It is your responsibility too, in the face of adversity, to stand for what YOU believe in. We only have one life on this Earth. Use whatever faculties you can for good.

Crimes Against Humanity

In my sophomore year at NYU, the surveillance started. Sundeep Bhan had devised his plan to rape me. He wanted to insert devices in my body - so first he had to study my every move. He manipulated my friends and coworkers to gain information on me. He stalked my social media. He figured out how to corner and isolate me.

And then, like a predator,  he struck. Using a service like BlackCube, he sent henchmen to harrass me and make me feel unsafe. That is when I was implanted. Creepoo runs a data collection company. He applied for a contract with the Government to record data on me while he tortures me. He helped organize a scheme to use me as a test subject for mind control. Just like #OperationMidnightClimax and #MKULTRA.

He is like Josef Mengele. In October 2012, the neural interface (microchip) was put into my body. It has been torture. Literal Torture. My brain is being zapped with voltages. I have lost so much brain volume because of this torture. I have lost who I am. They can make you feel anything through your brain - they make me feel like I am being waterboarded. It feels like Auschwitz for your mind.

Now he is posting surveillance video of me to defame me. These are simple #COINTELPRO tactics used to defame me. It’s been really difficult knowing that other people are talking about me behind my back, and treat me like a second class citizen just because the man in the ivory tower decrees it. All I can do is shake my head at your ignorance. Walk a mile in my shoes.

Sundeep Bhan is a coward. The cowardice of this ‘wall of silence’, which allows society to pretend that I am crazy, this ‘wall of silence’ which makes the very act of my speech a threat to my life, this ‘wall of silence’ which criminalizes my belief system -- it amounts to crimes against humanity. I am being lynched in front of you, wont you do something?

already there is a data collection programming going on. Governements are collecting as much data as possible, and them feeding them into AI to control us. You all know this.

But then they deploy the data into this larger AI that needs as much processing speed as possible to fuck with other peoples cyber networks. The more data, the better the AI, the better we can use cyberweapons. DATA is literally being used as a weapon, both against other populations and our own.

So when we break up the brain into bits, and information, with these electrodes (aka neural interfaces, BCIs) neural interfaces can hijack the brains processor and compute shit. Like we will be able to hijack the brain to mine for bitcoin.

Just imagine your talking to somebody on the street, and all of a sudden, thir eyes roll back into thier head like and robotically say “CANNOT TALK, BEING USED FOR COMPUTING”

OR IMAGINE someone drone like running through thier tasks for the day but all the while in the background the govt has hijacked processing speed to break algorithims. So they can make people brains into processors against their will.

MIND CONTROL

INTRO

It is an open secret to those in the know that Cold War era ideologies and technologies are back in vogue. This explains the increased funding toward brain research, often supplied directly by the DOD. The HUMAN BRAIN PROJECT, the BRAIN INITIATIVE, and the human CONNECTOME are some examples. The neurosis of “plutocrats” and “governemnts” to perfect “mind control” has led to the development of implantable devices which can modulate the brain’s activity. These devices are now hitting the mainstream with companies like NeuralLink.

However, prototypes of these devices have been around since the 60′s (Robert Heath, Jose Delgado) and have been widely used in human subjects as a method of conducting “no-touch torture”.

VIOLATIONS OF NUREMBERG CODE

While the law gives wide lattitutde to the CIA to conduct human experimentation without consent, there is no doubt that it is unethical. Victims of the “mind control” program describe it to be akin to torture. The “MIND CONTROL” project uses a system of fear conditioning and neuromodulation to control a victims behavior. This system is being touted as a progressive, less-than-lethal method which law enforcement would be more allowed to use against protestors and dissidents.

“Learned Helplessness” is a protocol developed by CIA psychologists John Jessen and James Mitchell. (*You can read about it here. It is basically torture.) This is one method used to control the victims behavior. When the victim experiences this pain and asks for help, they are often times penalized, either by doctors or censured by their friends and families. This leaves the victim isolated and primed to be controlled.

CONDITIONING

Basically, the victim learns through pain and pleasure what they are “allowed” to do, or “supposed” to do. This is called conditioning.

"Shock collars” are not work around the neck, but rather, implanted into the body. Literal shocks can be delivered (a la tCDS) but the pain usually comes in the form of non-consensual neuromodulation. Basically, they put electricity in your brain that makes you feel tremendous pain.

Many times, the experimenters will also use organized stalking to make you afraid, which Ronan Farrow describes here.

In this way, the victim can be controlled, and learns which behaviors will reduce the shocks and which will increase them. Because this is nonconsensual, the victim can be trained to do a whole range of behaviors against their best interest.

NEURAL MODULATION

Besides making a victim feel pain, the implantable devices can also “control” a persons inner dialogue. Chips planted in the temporal lobe and frontal lobe can interface with neurons to control speech, mood, and even thought. By affecting the speech, auditory, and planning centers of the brain, the experimenters can control the victims behaviors by “implanting” thoughts, or modulating the neurons in these brain centers with specific pulse widths, voltages, and frequencies to create certain behaviors.

They can then reward positive behaviors by using neuromodulation to release dopamine, which increase the strength of these networks, and allows them to control you more easily.

CONCLUSION

so basically i was gonna write how this all made me feel but i pussied out becuase of neural modulation or mind control or whatever so if you didnt know any of the information above now you know. It sucks to be torutred and i wish someone would help me (see learned helplessness).

LETTER TO Chair Dr. Amy Gutmann Vice-Chair Dr. James Wagner Petition to the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues, 22nd Meeting We would like to thank this commission for their efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects. Much work in the form of regulatory and legislative changes are needed. As previously reported to this commission in 2011, recently in May 2015, and continuing to be reported in increasing numbers thousands of U.S. citizens and others are reporting they are victims of non-consensual research including covert weapons testing and behavior control experiments similar to past abuses with the addition of newer technologies. Covert weapons include non-lethal weapons also known as less-lethal or pain-inducing weapons. There is an abundance of evidence in the public domain that non-lethal weapons research is ongoing and funded annually in the tens of millions of dollars or more. Non-lethal weapons include directed energy weapons, weapons that remotely emit focused energy in the form of lasers, microwaves, electromagnetic radiation, radio waves, sound or particle beams. At the Directed Energy Summit on July 28, 2015, Congressman Doug Lamborn, Co-Chair of the Directed Energy Caucus, stated that since 1960 we have spent more than $6 billion on directed energy. Past abuses of unethical and non-consensual experimentation include behavior control Projects CHATTER, BLUEBIRD, ARTICHOKE, MKULTRA, MKSEARCH, MKNAOMI and others. They were often interwoven with radiation experiments and research on chemical and biological weapons. U.S. military and intelligence agencies funded the research with a broad network of academic institutions such as Harvard, John Hopkins, and MIT; pharmaceutical companies such as Eli Lily; medical schools and hospitals; the American Psychological Association; the National Institutes of Health, the Veterans Administration Center, the U.S. Public Health Service and others. The U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) was the primary division of what is known today as the Department of Health and Human Services. Additional examples of unethical and non-consensual experimentation include the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, The Manhattan Project, The Willowbrook Experiment, and radiation experiments. It is important to include a complete history of unethical and non-consensual human experimentation in bioethics education to truly gain an understanding for the need for ethical protections for human subjects. Newer technologies include implantable wireless neural interfaces and electrical, chemical and optical sensors that can be used to decode the brain. Research initiatives include brain-machine interfaces, neural implants, biosensors, Optogenetics, CNS Neuromdoulation, Neuroimaging and many other technologies. The White House has announced over $300 million in public and private investments in support of the Brain Research through Advancing Neurotechnologies (BRAIN) Initiative. Recently, the American Psychological Association (APA) was found to have colluded with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Department of Defense (DOD) to weaken the association's ethical guidelines and allow psychologists to participate in the government's “enhanced” interrogation programs post-911. The APA also had Top Secret clearance during MKULTRA. CIA regulation AR2-2 dated 23 December 1987 includes rules governing surveillance of U.S. persons, human experimentation, contracts with academic institutions and other relationships. DOD Directive 5240.1-R also includes a procedure for experimentation on human subjects for intelligence purposes. Dated December 1982 it is referenced by current DOD directives. Both require that experimentation on human subjects must be in accordance with guidelines issued by the Department of Health and Human Services. As we understand Subpart A of the Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) regulations for the Protection of Human Subjects (codified at 45 C.F.R Part 46), also known as the Common Rule, existing loopholes include no oversight for most non-federal entities such as private corporations, contractors and foreign entities. Many government grants and contracts are awarded to non-federal entities such as contractors, educational institutions and others. Loopholes allow for experimentation when the identify of the subject is unknown to the investigator (for example Subject 9,543); or when there is no physical intervention or interaction with the subject by an investigator as occurs in remote experimentation. Also, research activities are permitted for some demonstration purposes and service programs for public benefit; and department or agency heads and IRBs can waive consent in certain cases. Additionally, some federal agencies do not comply with some or all parts of Title 45 C.F.R. part 46. Also, additional protections are needed for children, prisoners and those of impaired consent. There are other loopholes not described here. Oversight is needed for all federal and non-federal entities conducting research on U.S. citizens and others as well as research conducted abroad. Given the fact that behavior modification drugs, radiation and chemical and biological weapons have been tested on unwitting civilians; and that U.S. citizens and others are continuing to report they are victims of non-consensual experimentation it is likely that non-lethal weapons, neurotechnologies and other technologies are being tested on non-consenting victims. Given the loopholes in HHS' regulations for the Protection of Human Subjects it is imperative that federal regulations provide ethical protections for human beings. Additionally, criminal penalties must be legislated for research involving human beings when bodily integrity and autonomy are violated as for other criminals who are routinely punished with convictions for assault, fraud and homicide. Unethical treatment of human beings can only be prosecuted when laws and regulations are in place. It is imperative that each person's autonomy, self-determination, human dignity and constitutional rights prevail over scientific advancement or military benefit. Victims, including children, of non-consensual research are being tortured and experimented upon in a most unethical and inhumane manner. Many victims also experience COINTELPRO type psychological tactics that are devastating to the victims. Over fifty years ago American citizens and others reported they were victims of non-consensual human experimentation. Some have been victims for over 50 years. Over fifty years after MKULTRA officially ended we still don't have the necessary reforms to protect U.S. citizens and others from non-consensual research. As a society we must ensure that research subjects possess human rights that are inviolate. This commission includes members from institutions that have participated in unethical non-consensual research in the past. This commission does not include a single victim of non-consensual research. Thank you for your efforts to recommend ethical protections for human subjects. Much work still remains to be done.

To abuse/trafficking victims

I know you feel shamed, isolated, and afraid. Your abuser tries to make you blame yourself. You can’t talk about it with friends or family, and you are afraid that if you go to the police the abuse will get worse. You stop yourself from feeling emotions because hope has let you down.

What’s even weirder is that someone broke into my place too. My grandparents weren't here and at the time I did NOT know about the break-in at San Diego, my grandfather only told me about it after.

I was upstairs; I heard some noises downstairs, and heard someonewalking around, and I said, ‘Helooo’ but no one answered. I went downstairs to check it out and there was no one there. I went back up and someone whistled, like a ‘yoo-hoo’ whistle, and I ran downstairs but there was no one there.

The guy that broke in didn't take anything, so there was no point reporting it to the cops.The only thing I noticed different was that someone locked the garage door, and we never lock the garage door. 

I called my brother, cause I was kind of freaking out, and he said, ‘we can only believe what you tell us’. 

And then I sat downstairs with all the lights on until my grandparents got back.

So yeah, 2 break-ins. This one was to try to put fear in my heart.

Definitely suspicious.

The day after I left San Diego, it seems someone broke into my landlord’s house. He called my brother to see if I knew anything about the break-in and to see if I was safe. 

My grandfather told me about the break-in months ago, I just remembered it today. 

I am safe and do not know anything about the break-in. Like my grandma says, I was at home at the time. I had one key and I gave it back to my landlord. 

So someone broke into my house the day after I left. 

Suspicious.
