Can you play two characters from the same region or both be from the great houses?

absolutely ! you can have as many muses as you'd like from the same region as long as they're not from the same house. for great houses, you're allowed a maximum of three muses from those houses but only one can be from a royal house ( targaryen or dagareon ).

house templeton for sure ! you'd also be filling a wc, which is always a plus in my opinion. i could also see him fitting in houses redwyne, umber, lannister of lannisport, farwynd, yronwood, allyrion, or dayne.

a  slain  dragon,  an  missing  egg,  and  a  queen  that  keeps  the  information  in  her  inner  circles,  but  even  a  frail  dragon  still  spits  fire  -  justice  reigns  in  lilac  eyes.  the  master  of  whisperers  tasked  with  a  mission,  to  find  the  culprits  ⸺  their  little  birds  already  delivered  and  reported  but  it  was  not  enough.  adept  strategist  -  the  solution  very  clear  -  trust  of  nobility  needs  to  be  won,  something  the  feathered  wings  cannot  aid  with.

OUT OF CHARACTER: JUMP THEN FALL

a  little  fun  surprise  !  honesty  hour  ?  make  like  honesty  week  under  the  watchful  eye  of  the  master  of  whisperers.  this  little  treat  will  lead  to  plot  development  for  the  current  arc  but  also  development  for  the  characters  -  it's  like  a  reward.  

now,  normal  threads  can  still  continue  on  the  dashboard  -  we  encourage  it  even.  the  honesty  week  is  totally  optional  but  we  highly  encourage  it  if  you  wish  to  be  involved  in  plot  shenanigans  (  let's  go  straight  to  jail  without  collecting  money  besties  ).  it  will  pretty  much  function  as  a  typical  honesty  hour,  where  you  send  asks  anonymously,  or  off  anon  if  you're  bold  enough.

but  plot  twist  !  there  is  always  a  twist  with  us.  your  muse  does  not  have  to  be  truthful  while  directly  responding  to  the  question,  but  the  truth  must  be  somewhere  in  the  response  on  the  dashboard  (  in  other  words,  you  can  lie  in  the  dialogue  ).  why  you  might  ask  ?  imagine  all  the  nobles,  including  the  master  of  whisperers,  holding  a  big  slumber  party  with  too  much  wine  and  very  loose  lips  -  you're  having  fun  and  suddenly  you  reveal  a  bit  too  much. keep in mind: everything said in the dialogue will be public knowledge - use it to your advantage.

make sure to tag your responses with westeros.eclipse so people can read ! also the best way to see who could use some more questions.

the  questions  can  be  silly,  or  be  very  serious.  you  can  try  to  create  some  drama,  or  put  the  spotlight  on  a  certain  muse  with  regards  to  the  dead  dragon  and  stolen  egg.  after  all,  the  little  birds  spotted  certain  behaviors  the  night  of  the  party  -  who  is  to  say  you  didn't  see  the  same  thing?

the  honesty  week  will  start  thursday  8th  may  and  end  friday  may  16.  so  as  soon  as  the  clock  strikes  00:01  in  your  respective  timezone,  you  can  start  sending  and  answering  questions.  and  the  best  part:  this  counts  as  activity.

my  dearest  bestie  reader,  all  you  need  to  survive  this  group  is  alex  and  a  wiki  of  ice  and  fire  ⸻  you  got  those  two  and  you  are  golden  for  this  group.  truthfully,  the  wiki  page  is  a  wonderful  thing  and  quite  an  interesting  read,  so  that  and  catching  up  on  the  lore  we  created  should  be  more  than  enough.  pinky  swear  !

is there going to be an activity check soon? there's a lot of blogs that are inactive, come on to do just enough replies to not get reopened and then do it all over again...

when  we  decided  to  re  -  open  this  group,  our  little  team  agreed  that  we'd  be  way  more  relaxed  about  activity  since  it  is  a  hobby  and  it  can  be  quite  overwhelming  at  times  combined  with  personal  lives.  while  activity  is  very  important  to  keep  a  group  active,  we  don't  want  to  force  people  to  hit  a  post  quota  and  burn  out  because  they  have  to  keep  churning  things  out  ⸻  we  hope  members  will  give  us  the  same  leniency,  and  so  far  they  have.  because  of  this  mentality,  we  decide  when  we  do  an  activity  check  and  whether  we  drop  the  activity  check  for  the  week  and  replace  it  with  an  interest  check.   we  appreciate  the  concern,  but  last  time  our  group  lasted  nearly  8+  months  so  we  do  know  what  we  are  doing.  sometimes  the  key  is  to  trust  that  your  members  won't  ghost  and  give  them  freedom  to  take  breaks.
