Hey! High Elf player here, what you have is a pretty good list, my personal opinion would be to keep a good chunk of it and what follows are just from my personal preferences~

Swordmasters are not my favourite unit personally, as I usually find that I get a bunch more mobility (plus a lovely 4+ ward) with a unit of phoenix guard instead, with full command but no banner.

I personally love having my Dragon Princes with the banner of the world dragon, so maybe if nothing else you should consider changing the banner from your swordmasters as your dragon princes are a bit more resiliant and therefore less likely to make you waste your 100pts

I prefer to have a standard bolt thrower than a lothern skycutter as I save 45 points and still have the super range

And I would then use the 45 saved points to go into my sisters of avelorn as they're one of my hardest hitting units in the bigger games as I usually have a handmaiden in there as well (though she probably will not fit into a 1k list)

What I would consider though instead of the sword of might is the reaver bow in the vaul's forge section, as it is +1 strength, 30" range, and I don't have my book on me but I think it might also give volley fire which is an extra 2 shots.

Once again these suggestions are just my personal preference, and may not mesh too well with your play style, I enjoy my phoenix or a dragon, and a noble on a gryphon, as well as a couple of shadow warriors, and, depending on the size of the list, tyrion/teclis!

Something you might want to consider through as it's just occurred to me, if you're keeping your swordmasters you might want to look at a loremaster of hoeth as they're pretty banging, but a bit expensive once again for a 1k list!

Ayoo, just an update from me about why I haven't been posting much these past months

Sorry to everyone that I didn't warn you guys about the extended hiatus but what happened hit me sideways and I felt pretty shitty for the longest time

I was initially diagnosed with having fibrodenomas in my breasts, which normally aren't a concern and are only offered to be surgically removed by the NHS if they are causing pain or are beyond a certain size.

After removal, the post-biopsy discovered that they were malignant and borderline malignant phyllodes tumours, though the cancer was localised to the tumours and hadn't yet started to spread, I have since been for multiple operations to remove tissue surrounding the original extraction zone and to remove other phyllodes tumours which were appearing rapidly. I have now been clear for 2 months and the doctors think the danger is over.

I still have periods where the medication makes me feel like shit, and so my hobby has taken a hit in terms of progress and time dedicated to it, I've started to improve as I get closer to my Unis start date (I just moved most of my stuff into halls today and will be moving in myself in a couple of days) and have been reading a bunch of black library to keep me interested. I'm currently considering bribing someone who is going to gamesday to get me the bane of malekith because omg I actually can't wait that extra bit of time ;w;

So yeah in conclusion, cancer threat + a minor recurrence of depression = a very bad time allocation for the hobby
