australian election is on saturday, and if you still don't know who to vote for or know people that don't care about politics, here's some resources to make voting for your best interests a little easier for you
vote compass - questionaire that asks you about your opinion on policies and current party leaders to give you an idea on where your values sit on an alignment chart
build a ballot - another questionaire, but will take into consideration which electorate you are voting for and provide you with a suggestion on how to number the candidates on your ballot
they vote for you - an archive of every current sitting australian member of parliament, and what they voted for and against
remember, voting is like taking a bus not a taxi. you do not have to agree with every single policy a party is proposing, you just need to vote for the party who is the closest to your values.
no vote is a wasted vote.

hot take but ever since tron deviated away from this and are going the “ohhh evil fake ai people trying to corrupt and invade humanity” route we lost our way as a society

I don’t remember the in-show context but I just had the most upsetting thought about Able giving Tron’s bike back
Able: You know, I’m not *quite* so mad at Tron anymore. I'm feeling generous today. So I guess he can finally have this bike back. I’ve always felt a bit weird having this antique one of a kind bike, I’m just an old mechanic I’m not sure I deserve it. And it’s a reminder of home, he’ll probably like it
Tron: I gave Able that bike because we met from Able fixing it, and Able fixed it so many times over the cycles and he would always talk about how much he liked it, so I decided to let him have it- I’ve got other bikes. But Able doesn’t want it anymore which must mean we’re over for real this time

I love how, with almost All of the ships involving Tron, he’s almost NEVER the one wearing the pants in the relationship. Just either always swooning or being under the authority of the other. And in that regard all the ships are very real to me because yeah he does just wanna please the other program(s) in the relationship doesn’t he
#yEAh#he’s just kicking his feet drawing hearts around their name over and over#that is a cute thought him falling for able#guy fixes his bike a couple times and he’s hanging around the garage like a lost bit trying to get his attention#I can see him showering Able with gifts. He canonically gave him that bike#either he’s attracted to competence/drive or is like ‘thank god I don’t have to make decisions’#probably both#even like. when Dyson was not being a douche he really appreciated Dyson corralling the team so he didn't have to#he’s also definitely really into creativity (yori flynn able shaddox)#thoughts about. in-universe randoms wanting to date him and expecting him to be the dominant one bc strong#i do think flynn would see tron as a leader/source of strength#but tron would see decision-making as something he’s doing for flynn not because he’s the one who actually wants to be taking charge#yeah they’re normal#I feel like Flynn would do stuff to try to please Tron. like Tron would mention something offhand that he likes/misses from encom#and Flynn then launches into a project making it#but unless Flynn (hates vulnerability) specifically says 'Tron.
