Fanart Friday - Birthday Gift 🎁🎂

I made this drawing for my partner's bday and they loved it! Of course I had to wait until the week after to post it because they follow me on here, and I'd cry if I had ruined the surprise after managing to hold my tongue.

If you can't tell, it's a drawing of Bayonetta with the appearance she has in her 2nd game (their favourite version) as well as Beau and Ankha from Animal Crossing (two of their favourite villagers).

I had fun with this little doodle, even though Bayonetta's face gave me a hard time and I'm still not to sure if I did it justice. But that might just be the perfectionist in me talking.

Fanart Friday - Sun and Moon Animatic☀️🌘

I wasn't meant to do this, but my ADHD had me in a headlock and this song had me in a chokehold. I posted earlier in the year how these two are my comfort characters, so drawing them gave me lots and lots of dopamine. Which I clearly needed, since all my plans to work on my mobility stuffies stickers series kept getting interrupted. And when my plans are interrupted or changed abruptly my Autism has a right fit.

So instead of being stuck in task paralysis or having a meltdown, I spent roughly 6.5 hours working on my boys. A case of intense hyperfocus at its finest.

Clearly, this isn't finished, and I don't know if it ever will be. It was just a silly little heehee hoohoo personal project that I had no choice but to post after all the effort I put into it. And for my first time doing anything animation-related, I think it came out pretty good! The animation program in Clip Studio isn't very intuitive, but that didn't stop me.

Maybe one day I'll come back and clean this up, but no promises. For now, I have actual projects that I've been working on for a while and are just dying to be finished.

Mobility Stuffies ♿🧸

I finally did it guys! 10 adorable stuffed animals, in pastel colours, cute fashion, and using mobility aids!

I'm so happy to finally have completed this line! Not that I disliked working on this project, but I already have other ideas and designs rattling around in my brain that I can't wait to start working on and share with you guys.

Thank you to everyone who liked and re-blogged my original sketches and to anyone who followed along with the design progress. I'm so happy to finally be able to deliver the end product to you.

Mobility Stuffies - Cane Bunny🐇

Here is the first of 10 feature posts where I will talk about each one of my cutie stuffed animals that I worked very hard on and want to word vomit about.

I'm fairly certain that the cane bunny was the first design I started working on right after making a bunch of sketches in my sketch book. I remember being really proud of how their coloured draft turned out, especially because I spent a lot of time being super fussy about it.

I had to actively balance making the accessories cute enough that they added to the over all esthetic, while not making them too over the top and distracting. As well as keeping the details simple enough that it would still translate well when shrunken down to sticker size. I also had to keep in mind that this first design would really set the tone of the whole line and would influence how I made the other nine.

Overall, it was a fun challenge for me. This is technically my second sticker line, but I like to consider it more of a hard reboot of my first try at pastel mobility aids. Though this time, I kept the details more simple and added cute characters to really flesh everything out.
