These Juicy Cheese Burgers are a mouthwatering treat for burger lovers. The combination of perfectly seasoned beef patties with melted cheddar cheese, fresh veggies, and a special sauce creates a burger that's bursting with flavor and juiciness.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish.
Instructions: Ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Grill or fry the burger patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a piece of cheddar cheese and place it on top. This will melt the cheese. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are just barely browned. Put ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix them together to make a special burger sauce. On the bottom half of each bun, put lettuce, a burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and pickles. This is how you make your burgers. Cover the top half of the buns with the special sauce and place them on top of the assembled foods. Enjoy your hot Juicy Cheese Burgers!
