My name is Te’Aira, but my nickname is Tea! This is my senior year at CMU, i’ll be graduating in December. In three years I see myself operating my own Marketing & Branding consultation firm, majoring in marketing I have found my passion for being a creative and digging deeper into brand and consumer relationships. This blog is a great way for me to express myself and find new inspirations as a creative entering the marketing field.

I like to focus on brand design and social media management. A company that has a great social media presence is Marketing by Monrae. Every month or two, they release new campaigns with consistent & trendy content. The Marketing consultant, Monrae, encourages participation and transparency. She teaches small business owners how to connect with their audience being authentic and encouraging feedback in all ways.

Marketing by Monrae posts on their instagram 2-3 times a day, and their posts usually end with asking a question or having a relatable hashtag. Doing so, makes readers feel comfortable and being to trust the brand. I believe that’s why this firm has had so much success with helping small business owners.
