i think what finally killed any of my initial graciousness or enjoyment of isat was achievement hunting & getting the memory of ghosts scene where the cast was just so supremely centered on siffrin to the point of it being wildly unrealistic and ooc it just like killed anything i had even deluded myself into liking about it previously

theres definitely a significant uptake on hyperpop(?) like all these songs kinda follow this same aesthetic of like clean yet maximalist motion design & graphic mvs i wish i knew like. music and animation terms to describe it but its such a neat little subgenre to see being born within the scope of vocaloid

listened to some of my v25 vocaloid playlist the other day (my yearly playlists are more for documentative/cataloguing purposes and i very seldom actually listen to them) and was jawdropped at how many underrated songs there were on there i think r906 might have actually saved vocaloid
