how I‘ve lost 12 Pounds in 2 1/2 weeks
first of all I have to tell y‘all that I didn‘t loose my weight in the healthies way but anyways here‘s how i lost 12 pounds:
* 500-700 cals a day
* burn at least 500 cals a day (by f.e. walking or doing my fat burning workout)
* at least 10.000 steps a day -> which are already 300 burned calories hehe
* also I and what I would so are so called „pillow squeezes“ which you can do in your bed while watching netflix or before going to sleep: you take a pillow and put in between your legs, your feet together and squeeze the pillow between your legs for like 3 sek, do this about 20 x (GUYS i literally lost some fat around the thigh area because of this)
* little tip: for tracking the calories i consume and burn I use the app Lifesum (I really recommend tracking your calories on an app as it motivates me and helps me staying aware of what I‘m eating)
* drink 2-3L of water everday (tip: sometimes when we think we‘re hungry we‘re actually thirsty so always drink before you eat)
* stop eating at 4 pm and start eating the next day at 10 am (intermittent fasting 18:6)
* when I‘m hungry I make myself some tea and GUYS ommmg there are so many different tastes like cinnamon rolls, caramel, mango-coconut, chocolate,... (if you have a sweet tooth like me this is going to be a huge lifehack for you) + for a better taste: I sometimes add some zero calorie sweetener, some almond milk and sugarfree cocoa (and for hot days some ice cubes) -> all this has like only 20 cals?! whhaaat
* (this may sound super disgusting) but sometimes when I‘m craving something soooooo bad I chew it and later spit it out -> also life hack?!
* ALSO: TAKE MULTIVITAMINS (i got 100 multivitamins for only 3€ so around 2$? i think?)
how I stay motivated:
* I weight myself everyday and track my weight on this app called Happy Scale (I love this app so much)
* look at thinspo on tumblr everyday
* buy myself cute and tight shirts
* take pictures of my body everyday
Sooooo as I said I haven‘t lost my weight in the healthies way but it worked for me! I hope I could help you somehow.
Stay safe babeees 🌸🌹
(Also here‘s my fat burning workout that I‘ve been doing)

His ribs shown through the cotton of his shirt. Each bone a boomerang snapping into his backbone. His legs and eyes alike were sharp as needles. His skin wore patches of purple and green bruises, each in their own stages of healing. He was going to be attractive if it killed him, even if that meant fasting was something more along the lines of power and willpower than dietary nessecity. He was beautiful. But he was not there quite yet.

Self-control is standing in the kitchen at 2am in front of an open refrigerator, a box with oh-so-tempting Chinese takeout leftovers already in your hands, but rather than doing the obvious, you breathe, close your eyes for a moment, put the box back down and shut the refrigerator again. You’ll have a few grapes from the bowl on the kitchen counter instead and head back to your room.
Because it wouldn’t have been worth it. Five minutes of bliss that you’d spend on shoving this food down your throat simply isn’t worth the crying, self-loathe and feeling that you’ve failed again that’d follow afterwards.
There’s nobody else but you in the control. And I promise that once you can really say that, you’ll feel much more content inside than another binge wouldve made you feel.

softcore changes that made me lose fuckloads of weight
intermittent fasting (16 hours of not eating and a few normal meals in the remaining 8 hours)
when breaking a fast eat either protein+carbs or protein+fat. try to avoid fat+carbs combo when breaking a fast
swap all normal sweets and treats for grain bars grain cookies organic millet snacks etc (despite the same amount of calories they dont make you gain so much cause of all the fiber. fiber is love fiber is life)
weight lifting and overall strength exercises (bulking up is usually hard af. not only will you look lean and toned but muscle burns a lot of calories so you will burn even on your rest days)
dont be scared of fats. they might be high cal but weight loss/gain isnt just physics and calories in calories out - its biology. hormones babey! high carb low fat diet makes your insulin and leptin go haywire. fats are less dangerous and your cells need them to regenerate!
its better to fast once in a while than to restrict. you will lose more fat and you will keep your muscle. restricting may make you lose muscle and muscle is your friend when it comes to burning fat!
72 hours fast is absolute maximum. after that you may start burning muscle
exercising while fasting turns you into a fat burning machine. dont push yourself too hard though! be reasonable and know your limits
