To Steal a Dog's Bark
This is a spell I wrote to use on someone who just can’t seem to say anything nice and always has to get personal. It’s meant to screw with their ability to say harsh insults. You should only use this spell if you can’t avoid this person. It is recommended to cast a sacred circle first. You need:
a blue (for peace) or grey (to bind) candle
pen/pencil and paper
black poppy seeds (to cause confusion)
salt (to remove negativity)
dog hair (optional)
Carve onto the candle the name of the “dog” as well as silencing comands like “hush!” or “be quiet!”
Draw a picture of the person or you can draw a dog. Draw the subject with a muzzle or an X instead of a mouth. Place the candle in a safe holder on top of the picture and sprinkle the seeds, the salt, and the dog hair around the candle in a widdershins (counter-clockwise) circle. Light the candle.
Invoke the God and Goddess, or any particular deity you feel would be most helpful in this situation, tell them about your problem and your desired outcome. Remember, you just want this person to stop saying mean things, nothing more. Chant:
“You snarl, you growl, you start a fight. You bark because you have no bite.
Well, no more barking, night and day. I muzzle you to keep harsh words at bay.”
If you used a blue candle, finish the spell with:
“With this peaceful candle of blue, I take the bark right out of you.”
If you used a grey candle, finish the spell with:
“Flame and grey wax pull binding ties, hush and let sleeping dogs lie.”

Doors & Locks Protection Ritual
This protection ritual literally requires no supplies that you don’t have—unless you don’t have a door. (And, you know, the back part of my house used to be made of cardboard—so it’s possible.) Perform the ritual at each of the outside doors in your house, one door at a time.
Open and close your door three times. Say: “This door opens to let out the bad and let in the good, and closes to protect my house and family from harm. For what gets past my wards, this door will be another obstacle. Let nothing enter without permission, and let unwelcome guest know when it’s time to move on. From the doors to the windows, from the hearth to the walls; this house is my own, and I am at no one’s mercy.”
Turn each of the locks on each door three times. As you do so, say: “As this lock turns, let it strengthen my wards ans serve to protect my home and family. Let it stop intruders—human, non-human, and once-human—who would enter without my permission. From the locks to the chimney, from the bricks to the studs; this house is my own, and I am at no one’s mercy.”
This protection should become stronger every time you close and lock your doors. (I continue to do each three times every night.) But, if you feel like the ritual has fizzled out, it’s easily repeated.

Black Out Vision Spell-a simple spell to stop someone from looking for/thinking of you
Ok, TBH I did this on the fly when I got sudden inspiration. This was aimed at an undesirable suitor.
Items:
Black/banishing candle candle (for wax)
Black/banishing ribbon/thread
Paper
Black pen
Name of person
Spit
Waning moon (optional)**
Somewhere dark to place it
Method
Light candle. On a small piece of paper write the person’s name you want to go away.
Underneath draw an eye, to represent their sight, so to speak (doesn’t have to be pretty or detailed)
Using the pen, black out the eye completely, while saying things like, “ I blacken your vision, you cannot and do not see me, you do not think of me at all. I blind you of my presence, etc.” I made it up as I went.
Spit on the black eye ( if you do it before blacking it out, it will be difficult… I made that mistake)
Fold it up as much you can or want, to seal and trap.
Tie the black ribbon over the folded paper and pour the black candle wax onto it to seal.
This step depends on your practice. I put it in a small black box (until I want to dispose of it) but others may want to bury or burn it.

Things I've learned
Easy Kitchen remedies:
Eat fresh ginger if you’ve got an upset stomach
Drink peppermint tea or chew on peppermint leaves when you have a stomach ache
Hold cloves against your gums to numb a tooth ache
Boil parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme and drink them to reduce fever
After cleaning a wound, apply honey to help it heal and keep it from getting infected
Drink catnip and lemon balm tea to calm down after a stressful day
Take 5 grams a night of powdered valerian root to help you sleep and combat depression
Eat garlic to promote digestive health and prevent diarrhea
Dealing with Spirits:
Always leave an offering to house spirits and garden spirits
Only hang bells where you don’t want spirits entering (though there are a few do actually like bells, but they’ve been nothing but positive in my experience)
Clean from the east side of the house, westward
If a fairy ring grows in your garden, wait for the mushrooms to start dying before you pull them out
If you “lost” an heirloom, check your jewelry box, curio cabinet, or the favorite spot your deceased relative liked to keep said object, even if you don’t put it there ever. It may not really be lost.
Always answer the door on Halloween, but don’t let anyone in. (this goes for creepy people too, not just spirits)
Your pet is not crazy. When s/he flips out, reassure them, and be aware that you may not be able to see what they can.
Believe in your own Abilities:
Don’t buy in to the power of persuasion. You may not notice anything supernatural, because there may not be anything supernatural going on.
If you think something happened because you cast a spell, even if you can’t “prove” it, then it happened *at least in part* because you cast a spell. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Sometimes, the only effect a spell has, is to give us enough confidence to deal with whatever it is we were asking for help with. That’s a success in my book, and it should be in yours too.
If you’ve got a bad feeling about something, then don’t do it.

Here is a spell for thriving! I do not mean living luxuriously, but rather more than just surviving
Things Needed:
2 green candles
2 gold candles
Pyrite (optional)
a dollar (or your native currency)
Place (on your altar or elsewhere) the dollar down. Make sure there’s plenty of space around it.
Put the green candles above it and below it. Place the gold candles to the left and right of it
(optional) Place the pyrite on top of the dollar
Cast a circle around you and the items/altar
Light the candles one-by-one, visualizing what you need (not so much want) to thrive
Say the following: To keep this body alive, it needs sustenance, roof, and to thrive so will it, this person must and this person will receive as such
Waft the dollar bill through each candle’s smoke close to the flame (be careful not to start a fire or get burned)
You’re done! Close the circle and keep the dollar in your wallet/purse/pocket

Tasseomancy: The Reading of Tea Leaves
a divination or fortune-telling method that interprets patterns in tea leaves, coffee grounds, or wine sediments.
The terms derive from the French word tasse (cup), which in turn derives from the cognate Arabic word tassa, and the Greek suffixes -graph (writing), -logy (study of), and -mancy (divination).
Divination attempts to gain insight into the natural world through intuitive interpretation of synchronistic events.

Guardian Candles (an original spell)
This is a candle for you to light whenever you are worried for someone. When lit, it will send them positive energy, protection, or whatever your intent behind it states.
Tools:
a candle
healing oil of your choice
incense
Method:
Take a candle that reminds you of the person you want to bind it to. It can be anything from their favorite color to one they chose themselves.
Light your incense. Let the scent fill you with calmness as you channel your intent into the candle. Take your oil (I use lavender or chamomile) and anoint the candle by tracing the first letter of their name onto the wax with the pointer finger of your dominant hand. Keep an image of the person in your mind. This oil will provide them with healing.
Hold the candle over the smoke from your incense, turning it a few times to cover it completely. This will help to bless the candle, the smoke acting as a shroud around the person you are binding it to, to protect them from negative energy. While doing this, recite the incantation:
“Candle guide them,
Goddess guard them
Keep them in your sights.
Spirits lift them
Ancients teach them
Surround them with your light.”
