Has anyone else seen the trailer for Homicipher on Steam? it's a female-targeted language deciphering and exploration ADV based on the concept of "romance with horror men." once i read romance w horror men and saw the romance options... IM SOLD. IM BUYING IT. IMMEDIATELY

Do you have anything, literally anything, about Janus, please, there is nothing.

We don’t actually take any submissions that aren’t about Bianca right now, seeing as we’re in the middle of the Bianca di Angelo theme week, but you seemed pretty desperate and we didn’t want you to wait until Monday. We do still have some other submissions in our inbox, but those, sadly, will have to wait until next week. Not much is known about Janus canonically, so these are all pretty random, but I hope you enjoy them anyway. 

Besides making people want to pull their hair out, he also enjoys watching chess matches. One head rooting for white, while the opposite prefers the black side.

His favorite animal is the hammerhead shark. 

He doesn’t like listening to music, because his heads always disagree on what song to listen, but his favourite song - the only one he can agree on - is Young Volcanoes by Fall Out Boy. 

Besides being able to see into the future, he can also see into other dimensions, the ones that are created every time you make a decision. (you either get this or not, but it’s pretty difficult to explain. Just watch Doctor Who, it will help ;))

His demigod children, despite Janus himself having two complete different personalities, are actually pretty straight forward and decisive. Sometimes this turns out to be a good thing, but when the gods or prophecies are involved, it gets twisted around.

In new Rome he is mentioned and honoured at funerals along with Pluto and the other gods of Death.

One of his favourite past-time activities is to watch over publishers to see which books they choose to read and which ones they don’t, making them miss out on publishing the next big thing.

Many demigod children of Janus have prevented world changing events by making people suddenly decide to take another way to work or to not eat that tuna sandwich, saving thousands of lives, most of the time without even realising.

His demigod children get way too frustrated from watching horror movies and are eventually banded from doing so in the Legion. Because “SHE SHOULDN’T HAVE GONE AND CHECKED, THAT IDIOT” is not a valid reason to slap your neighbour’s arm repeatedly while screaming. 

America would not have been independent if it hadn’t been for Janus.

Janus loves the phrase ‘you only live once’.

Even though he has plenty of demigod children, he usually never meets them. The only time he did so in the last two hundred years, was when Michael had to choose between listening to the Augur or go for a chance at fame.

He always laughs during Titanic.

What about a partial villain arc for Shelby? She's a villain to the school alone, but still the friendly Evermoore witch to everyone else.

Yeah that's what I was kind of thinking. I don't think it would work in canon since that would require a great deal of npcs, but, as an AU...

She's known to the greater witch society as this evil, horrendously powerful rogue who refuses to obey the laws set to keep magic users safe, and they're not technically wrong.

She did not hesitate to burn the magic academy to the ground. She disregarded all of her teachings for the sake of forging her own path with her magic, leading to some dangerously unstable experiments that have caused massive, interdimensional incidents the witch council was left scrambling to fix.

She regularly takes on and kills some of the most powerful witches the council has on hand, when they try to bring her in. She's the first one to figure out how to safely traverse the Evermoore, which she uses to her full advantage. No one who has ever gone after her has ever made it out.

But to her friends, she's still the sweet, helpful witch in a haunted forest that provides potions for low prices and solves problems with that handy wand of hers, who's definitely not in love with the allegedly cursed princess. She still wears cute overalls and has a pet toad she named Tortoise and she's still a disorganized clutz.

The others don't need to know about the room under her potion shop, where she invents new, deadly spells and potions that shake the very foundation of reality itself. It's not important that they look inside her spellbook, they don't need to see the harsh, half-crazed scribbling with ominous symbols, and torn pages.
