& one more post for the queue!
I call these migratory mugs - all of these warblers pass through my city (I live near a lovely greenspace along one of the rivers) and I feel so lucky to be able to walk 10mins away to experience spring migration <3

While I'm on a posting roll, can I interest you in some Perfectly Normal Crows? As you can see, there definitely aren't multiple weird things about any of them!!!

Hi!! I'm back!
I've just been so frickin' busy that I haven't had the energy to post here (tumblr is both my favourite social media & the one where I find posting the most draining...so I'm on here every day & simply not posting my stuff), BUT! I've been working away at all kinds of critters and vessels and am about to do yet another bisque firing that includes NEW DRINKING VESSELS! I call these the Squablets (Squat Goblets) and absolutely love making them.
The cup part is a pinch pot & the neck is a little slab I attach & flare out a bit for a nice foot & I could make these all day every day! This trio is decorated with designs inspired by this 15th-century Italian herbal (as found on @publicdomainreview, a wonderful spot for inspirational images!!)
