Skitarii have built in MW2 hitmarker sounds to positively reinforce firing accurately. In order to further incentivize Skitarii rangers, they've been given the HALO grunt headshot confetti.
"My cohort is fine!"
"Magos, your skitatrii are clicker trained."

really fucking irritating how many people think theyve invented blistering new social commentary by being like "what if a kink... forms because of trauma and social violence" without ever asking that same question about the sexual desires and practices that they consider normal and therefore natural and therefore not in need of explanation or justification

I eventually switched most of my attention to Magnus' sons over the man himself, but yes. Hi. I can explain in Quite A Lot Of Words why I like Magnus and why I also want to beat him with a crowbar whenever he opens his mouth. Just @ me next time.
Where's the smashing magnus rep???
You're not serious, surely? The "Magnus did nothing wrong UwU poor handsome boy" versus "Magnus is literally the ginger antichrist" is an endless source of bickering

How would you describe why you love victorian fashion to someone who doesn't understand? It's always felt kinda awkward for me to explain why lol
Usually I just say "I like the aesthetic," sometimes drawing comparisons to modern styles if people assume it must be deeper ("some people really like boot-cut jeans or beige; I like this!"). People often understand.
Now, if someone gets bad-faith and says something like, "you're cosplaying enslavers!!!" I usually try to make the point that EVERY WOMAN in a certain time and place dressed the way I'm dressing. White women; Black women. Enslavers- well, former enslavers; my taste starts around the late 1860s -and the women they had once enslaved, when given the opportunity for clothing-based self-expression. Robber barons' wives who took no issue with child labor, and union organizers. Anti-suffragists and women's rights advocates. You're no more "cosplaying enslavers" by dressing in historical clothing than you are cosplaying Jeff Bezos by wearing jeans.
Some people do take an interest in vintage/historical fashion for the wrong reasons, and it's important to demonstrate by word and deed that you aren't one of them, when the opportunity arises. But people who assume you're like that just because of the way you're dressed are not your fault and should not make you feel guilty for liking an aesthetic that- as all aesthetics -was designed to be liked.
(Now, I'll agree that there are times and places where it's not appropriate to wear certain styles of historical clothing- the incident with Micarah Tewers photographing her fancy 18th-century gown at Mount Vernon, when the ONLY fancy white women living there in the 18th century were enslavers, comes to mind. If the situation necessarily forces you into the role of Horrible Person by dint of your clothing, don't wear that clothing in that situation. But those situations are few, far between, and easy to avoid with a bit of logical thinking.)

I've connected the dots.
The great horned rat is the god of ruin.
The dark king was going to be the 40k god of ruin but the emperor cast away that power.
The imperium has been called the skaven of 40k.
Conclusion: the power that the emperor cast off is going to be revealed to have become the great horned rat.
The emperor is the great horned rat.
This is so undoubtedly correct that I can only applaud the hugeness of your brain

quite often its seems like the ones who are 24/7 terrified of being sexpests are the people you desperately want to see/hear more of while the ones who have convinced themselves that they're god's gift to your pussy are the people whose contact names have a :/ next to them in your phone. how do we redistribute the shame here

It's such a Tumblr thing to be like "As a funny goof we've decided to add a fun feature that people like. Enjoy it while it lasts, because tomorrow we're going back to discriminating marginalized users and selling your data."

Not everything the Christians do is stolen from some anonymous pagan culture. I'm sorry y'all but the Christians did actually come up with a bunch of shit on their own.

To be perfectly honest, I have never felt more connected to some ineffible greater whole than when I'm tracing the history of this stuff. It is comforting and a bit profound to know that 2000 years ago there was some dickhead sitting in a temple library doing the exact same shit I am right now. It's nice that both of us are idiots who are wrong about everything, but we are doing our best to fix that. It feels close to an act of worship, but not to anything in particular.

I feel like blood angels (pale, vampirey, flowing locks, described as beautiful more than handsome) or Emperor’s Children (Comparatively slender, built for speed more than other legions, makeup and hair accessorizing, and again, described repeatedly as beautiful) would be the femboy chapters. Night lords are more like goblins, or serial killers, or weird cannibal people with shark eyes. None of those are directly contradictory with femboy but I feel confident that femboy would not accurately be called a prevalent descriptor for them
I am I inclined to loosely agree with this. For the Emperor’s Children, anyway. Kind of. I think the term “femboy” gets passed around so much in online circles that it’s being used as a stand-in for stuff like “twink” and “bishie-boy."
