This is just my own theory

I think Bad Omens haven’t released their album yet because they needed more time, and the collaboration with Poppy would "benefit" both artists since they’re under the same label. Even if the album is already finished, I believe Sumerian told them to hold off until Poppy's album promotions were over, so Bad Omens could drop theirs afterward. Again, this is just my personal theory
