Due to the cookie kingdom being a fledgling kingdom, and its government is currently three kids, one criminal adult and a four year old, things tend to slip through the cracks such as drinking laws.

The three kids have just been recently baked so not like they would know drinking laws anyway. Or any legal laws that relate to them.

Chili Pepper Cookie definitely loves the cookie kingdom mostly for this reason and because she can steal money and cheat at games ar the juice bar.

And Custard Cookie The Third is a lil baby and goes along with it. After all. he's the king and his friends all really like the place where they get cool drinks that may make someone pass out, so he doesn't object.

Strawberry Cookie, or rather any berry cookie has a high alcohol tolerance. She can down mugs of berry juice, which are too big for them.

GingerBrave usually orders a chocolate milk: dirty glass (reference to that one clip). why? cause its tough apparently. I guess chocolate milk is.. bourbon I guess?

And Wizard Cookie, despite being the one most done with everything and everyone, he always loves a good dessert shake.

Poor Sparkling Cookie is left to question how legal his business here in this kingdom actually is, and why all the leaders are children, and also why do these children drink???
