Homan where he could burn cars for insurance claims and sell stolen property. He rode shotgun with Aaron 'The Sultan' Kizah the Commander of the notorious Chicago Police Industrial Unit that included the Vietnam War Interrogator Jon Burge who Cook County State's Attorney Richard M. Daley never prosecuted for torturing suspects with electrical prods and Jeff Kim he never prosecuted for torturing suspects with weapons grade 5G sound waves.
