for the past 2 weeks i’ve been fasting for at minimum 22 hours then having one 400-600 cal meal and then fasting again. i swear a couple days ago my weight said 103 and now it’s saying 107lbs. i’m eating less and working out more and weight lifting. i think it might be in gaining muscle and losing fat?
what am i doing wrong how do i loose the weight faster? i’m going to fast for hopefully the next two days however long i can get away with it for.
