The longer I am in the KPop world, the more I avoid fandoms. I can enjoy new and old music from all my favourite groups in peace instead of constantly being called too old for KPop, people saying that my bias groups are irrelevant or telling me I’m a perverted noona fan who should leave kids like NCT or Stray Kids alone because they would never date me, as if I even wanted that in the first place.

Problemas.

Hasta la fecha, desconozco qué es lo que tengo.

Hace tiempo comencé a ir con un psicólogo, que me dijo que mi problema era la ansiedad. Hasta hoy, no estoy muy convencida de que la ansiedad sea mi problema, porque todo lo que he leído sobre ella es 50-50% de parecido con lo que tengo.

Como sea, el psicólogo igual me dijo que incluso había tenido ataques de ansiedad, y el que más tengo presente fue cuando me dio un ataque de taquicardia por esperar el transporte público,. A veces, el corazón se me acelera por tener que salir de casa o por recibir algún mensaje que no entiendo.

Me había dicho también que toda esa ansiedad se debía a que, probablemente, no podía asimilar los cambios que estaban ocurriendo en mi vida y que sentía un gran sentimiento de pérdida. Pero algo me decía que iba más allá de eso.

A veces, me siento desanimada por tener que salir de casa, y me pongo de malas o muy irritable...

Like… wow. What a time. lol 😂 the glory time.
