"How can you observe Social, Ethical, and Legal Responsibilities in the use of technology tool and resources?"

For my opinion being correct and responsible in using technology resource tools is being responsible and having the right work for it. For what I notice as a student, there are people who don't know how to be responsible in using the tool and they don't know where to get this technology. We are now using technology just like in studies and at work so we must learn what is right and the responsibilities.

Always follow these guidelines:

-Follow laws and regulations

-Respect Privacy

-Be resourceful

By following these guidelines, we can use technology tools and resources in easy way. Responsible and ethical manner that benefits both individual and society as a whole. Always use it correctly so that technology can be used properly.

And my observation this is a lot people who still don't know a right and not right use of technology. Because it's depends to the people who didn't know how to use technology.
