I don't feel like I am becoming the person that I intended to be.. But hey I'm still happy with who I am now. I'm just a little envious of who I used to be, she was more productive and she had enough impetus in her body to read, to explore, and to enjoy things.

i think if you have more than like two diagnosed mental illnesses they ahould just let you live out your life on a happy farm where you dont have to doa ny work and you can just exist. and love. life could be so beautyful

music entails a unique message that only the listener can interpret.

the interpretation varies from one listener to another.

I literally cannot overstate how important creative hobbies are when dealing with mental illness. If you can’t draw, there are coloring books. If you can’t write a novel, you can write in short journaling bursts. If you can’t sing in the shower, you can listen to music. Sometimes with mental illness it feels like we have this dark presence inside of us that is bumping around in our brain and organs, causing problems. It helps immensely to let it out.
