something about hearing the name 'papa' leave camille's mouth always unnerved him, and the way she went about mentioning him this time around did nothing but add to his nerves. everybody and their mother in the studio just about knew what tristan's opinion on paul dating her was ——— not at all pleasant. paul doesn't answer for a moment, trying to recall today's morning. he didn't hear brian on the phone, he didn't see any expensive coat hung up by his door either. paul licks his lips, the anticipation eating him up a little more than he'd care to admit. "he didn't." the bassist rests his elbow on the armrest. "what'd he say?"
