MARETU - genuinely? i think he could go to anyone just because he has at least one song that can fit every unit at least a little bit. that being said, if i had to pick specific characters, i'd say mizuki, ena, an, akito, and even haruka.

Mellowcle - afaik he hasn't ever been commissioned with kind of surprises me? anyways either vbs (probably kohane or maybe an) or wxs (anyone would work i think). or even ,mmj but i could just be biased bc i like mmj

masarada - i feel like the easy answer would be like. emu or tsukasa. but i honestly think they could make a really fun saki comm

KIRA - ik this wouldn't happen given he's an english producer but he would soooo fit a vbs commission. an or akito preferably but like anyone could get it and i'd be fine

Vane Lily - similarly. english producer. but just going off of music genres alone i think their songs could fit nightcord (kanade probably?)
