They definitely do, i hope negotiations go well not only because i want Voices back but also because i love the Voice Actors like i watch so many of them on a regular basis.

Plus I'd love to play the next archon quest without some characters talking and some not.

Because in the Archon quest for Natlan the new region most characters were voiced but Kachina and Kinich + Ajaw (pronounced ahaw) weren't and it was weirdddd.
