Ditto leaped back, startled, the half-eaten Oran Berry tumbling out of its grasp and onto the dusty floor. Still, Pichu-Ditto scrambled to pick it up, digging in once again before the berry could escape a second time.

With all distractions gone, Ditto glanced up curiously at the human. He was a kind human. Ditto could tell. He hadn't tried to squish or drown or shoot or kill Ditto. He just watched, curious, with his own food in his other hand.

Ditto wanted more berries. Transforming made Ditto very very hungry! There were no Oran Berries in other worlds. There were no Sitrus, Pecha, Leppa, or any other Berries either! They had their own unique berries, their own interesting fruits and foods, but Ditto didn't feel that same boost from their food like it did from food that came from this world.

Ditto liked humans. Ditto still wanted to make friends. Even if it was by accident, Ditto had wished upon a star, and that star made it possible for Ditto to make friends everywhere, not just in this world. Humans, Pokemon, or even any other creatures. It didn't matter.

What did matter, was that Ditto's friends gave it food. And since this human gave Ditto food, it was now also Ditto's friend. It scampered to the human and clutched its pant leg in tiny paws, digging its fingers into the denim and looking up, all but pleading with its eyes.

It was still hungry. Please feed it more.

Judai blinked in wonder at Ditto's transformation. He had- no idea what this creature was either. Yellow furred and tiny. Making a mental note that it seemed to like Oran berries. Perhaps he'd begin to know what other flavors the pokemon liked in due time.

But for now, he's content to watch the Pokémon bite and gulp down every single morsel. Poor thing must've been hungry. ... Reminded him of Winged Kuriboh if he were being honest. ... Minus the claws.

"There's more where that's from." He wasn't trying to spook the poor thing, so he leaned back on his hands.

The purple pebble observed the Oran Berries for a moment, eyeing them with caution as the tall red human walked away after pointing a red box at it. It wasn't sure what to do in this situation. It couldn't sniff in this form, but the aroma of the berries still tickled Ditto's gooey skin, enticing it to take a bite.

Oran Berries were not sweet. But Ditto didn't mind. The tangy taste was one it had sorely missed, traveling between worlds. One thing it had learned over its travels: No one knew how to handle a purple blob. Not if they were unfamiliar with Pokemon to begin with.

Ditto had been to many worlds. Many places. Most tried to squish it, which hurt Ditto's feelings. Others tried to water it, which Ditto appreciated. Some fed it. Some taught it. Some gave it toys to play with. And in that time, Ditto learned more and more how to Transform correctly.

Ditto was a good Ditto. Traveling to different worlds and making new friends was fun, but surprising. But it was happy to be back in the world of Pokemon, where humans knew what Ditto was.

Ditto used Transform! It turned into a Pichu.

Ditto's tiny Pichu teeth sank into the flesh of the Oran Berry, its juices staining its fur blue. The citrusy flavor washed over its tongue, a little sour, but still very yummy, and it dove in for a second bite. Ditto's belly was so empty after traveling so much. Each bite was bigger and bigger, more ravenous. It was so, so hungry!

Before Ditto knew it, the Oran Berry that had been in its paws was gone. But there was a second one right there!

It lifted the second Oran Berry, about half the size of its bulbous little Pichu head, and sank its teeth into that, too.

@wild-ditto-appeared - A little purple blob peeks out from behind Judai's cupboard, shy. It's eyeing the food he has in his hands. But the moment a little grumble emits from the blob's belly, it hides, and a flash behind the cupboard indicates a transformation, leaving a tiny purple pebble in its place.

Judai blinks, bite halfway to his lips as he notices the little pink blob peek out from his cupboard. A small glance around reveals that, all was as it had been before. Nobody was around. Winged Kuriboh had trilled off earlier that evening, leaving him alone.

.... Except for this little guy, one that he remembered picking up and hugging before. ... Or at least he thinks this is the same.

"Hey lil buddy." he coos, getting up and moving over toward the... pebble- he crouches, putting two Oran berries from his pocket and setting them down before the transformed..... Shit he still doesn't know what its called. He takes out his Pokédex and flips it open, scanning the pebble.

Ditto, the Transform Pokémon, It has the ability to reconstitute its entire cellular structure to transform into whatever it sees.

Judai blinked. A ditto, huh? "It's okay buddy, I won't hurt you." He leans back and smiles softly, then he blinks and gets up, going to get a variety, plopping them down infront of Ditto to choose its favorites.

Oh. An apple. Now that, Ditto recognized.

It slowly scooted forward. Just a little more... A little more...

Its little nubs rested on the outside of the apple, and its body shone with a brilliant light. Ditto's body melded and shifted to better suit the new food it was about to eat.

Transfooooooorm!!!

It turned into a tiny Pichu! Using its newfound teeth, it can now bite into the apple and nibble away at it!

Ah, okay! Not a chocolate person…she knows that now.

She’ll just put that away…and hold out an apple from her snack bag… Her VERY heavy snack bag. Why do you need all that?
