I'm a perpetual early bird, so here is my part of @knbexchange 's Valentine/White Day exchange. Surprise, @evelhak , I was your partner! And I don't only have these silly drawings to present to you, but a fic too!! These drawings are actually more-like bonus content that takes place after the fic. The fic details Momoi and Aomine's complicated thoughts as they help kagakuro prepare for a date night, which involves; makeovers, philosophical conversations, gift hunting, emotional confrontations...all that good stuff that you said you liked! I hope I did a good job capturing those things. I didn't get to go into how the date goes in the fic itself, so I figured I would draw it out. :D Can you spot the little hard-to-see surprise in pic 1?

🌸Cherry Blossom Viewing🌸

Here's my gift for @philomel-astra (pleased to meet you!) for the KnB Valentine's/White Day Exchange 2024 (@knbexchange)!

Cherry blossom viewing season is about to start in Japan, so this piece is inspired by it. Here we have post-Last Game Kagami and Kuroko partaking in "hanami (花見)" or "flower viewing" which is mainly used for cherry blossom viewing. Kagami is eating a burger (is anyone even surprised?) and Kuroko is eating hanami dango (a popular springtime snack in Japan). Nigou has come along with them and is enjoying a nice little nap under the sakura trees.

a custom momoi satsuki nendoroid bc i know good smile would never give one to me...i mean i was so shooketh we even got the boys. i painted her torso, arms, legs, and modified two hair pieces with milliput. and of course made her some accessories. so happy that i had the perfect space for her on the knb shelf.

every now and then i think about my genderswapped kagakuro AUs and remember i'm no better than i was at 12.

I wrote a kagakuro fanfic like a year ago, and in it, there was a discussion of girl!kagami being the lead in a school play and since she's so inept at everything, they vote kuroko to be the other lead to help her out. i never go into the play in the fic, but you best believe i haven't stopped thinking about it since.

In my main girl!kuroko AU, the Miracles are also genderswapped, but its so fun to have them as their canon genders so its truly just a scott pilgrim AU. it's truly kagami taiga vs the seven evil exes.
